Isn’t this card sooo cute?! The stamp set “Share A Milkshake” has so many different mix and match stamps that you can use to create tons of different cards!!

Measurements:

  • Polished Pink: 5 ½” x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”
  • Basic White: 4” x 5 ¼”
  • Designer Series Paper (DSP): 2 ½” x 4”

Instructions:

  1. Run the Basic White cardstock through the Cut & Emboss Machine using the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder. Adhere the layer to the base card.
  2. Adhere the DSP to the Basic White cardstock.
  3. Use the Scalloped Contours dies to cut out a 3 1/8” x 4 ½” scalloped rectangle using Blushing Bride cardstock and a 2 ½” x 3 ¾” scalloped rectangle using Basic White cardstock. Adhere each to the card.
  4. Cut out the Basic Black cardstock using the mesh die. Adhere it to the card.
  5. Cut out Silver Foil using the cup die.
  6. Stamp 2 ice cream scoops on scrap Basic White cardstock using Blushing Bride ink and Polished Pink ink. Cut them out using the coordinating die.
  7. Stamp the straw on Basic White cardstock using Polished Pink ink, then cut it out using the matching die. Add the straw in the slit of the Blushing Bride ice cream scoop and adhere it to the back of the cardstock.
  8. Adhere the 2 scoops together, then adhere them to the silver cup. Add the sundae to the card using Dimensionals.
  9. Stamp the greeting on a piece of Basic White cardstock using Polished pink ink. Cut it out and adhere it to the card using glue on the left side and a dimensional on the right side.
  10. Add the Opal Rounds.

Measurements:

  • Pool Party: 5 ½” x 8 ½”, scored at 4 ¼”
  • Real Red: 4” x 5 ¼”
  • Designer Paper: 2” x 4”
  • Shimmery White: 2 1/8” x 3 ½” die and  ½” x 1 ¾”
  • Old Olive: 2 ½” x 4” die

Directions: 

  1. Place the Real Red cardstock in the Hive Embossing Folder and run it through the Cut & Emboss Machine.
  2. Adhere the Designer Paper to the Real Red cardstock on an angle. (I found it easier to cut the paper longer than 4”, and then trim off the excess. Adhere the layers to the card base.
  3. Stamp the image on Shimmery White cardstock using Memento black ink. Use Stampin’ Blends to colour.
  4. Colour around 2/3 of the image using Light Pool Party Blend and the bottom 1/3 using the Light Smoky Slate Blend.
  5. Cut out the coloured image using the 2 1/8” x 3 ½” Deckled Rectangle Die and a piece of Old Olive cardstock using the 2 ½” x 4” Deckled Rectangle Die. Adhere them together and then add them to the card.
  6. Add the Matte Black Dots.
  7. Stamp the greeting on Shimmery White cardstock using Memento Black ink. Add the greeting to the card using Dimensionals.
    (Tip: I stamped close to the bottom left of the cardstock then cut the top and right hand side with my trimmer after.)

Sweet Citrus

Measurements:

  • Petal Pink: 11” x 4 ¼”
  • Basic White: 5 ¼” x 3” and  2” x 3” scrap
  • Enjoy the Journey Designer Series Paper: 5 ½” x ¾” (need two of these strips)

Instructions:

  1. Score the Petal Pink card base on the long side at 5 ½” and fold.
  2. Turn the card base horizontally in landscape position and attach the designer series paper strips to the top and bottom of the card front using liquid glue.
  3. Take the larger piece of Basic White cardstock and stamp the outside (rind part) of the fruit leaving the whole piece of fruit off and just stamping the fruit halves. Do this stamping in Petal Pink ink twice covering the whole piece of cardstock.
  4. Stamp the insides of the fruit (flesh) in Blushing Bride ink. Then, stamp a few leaves using Granny Apple Green ink.
  5. Attach that layer to the center of the card front using liquid glue.
  6. Stamp the sentiment using Memento Black ink on the smaller scrap piece of Basic White. Die-cut using the Scalloped Contours Dies.
  7. Attach the sentiment to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  8. Add a gingham bow to the sentiment using a mini glue dot.
  9. Add a few In Color Opal Rounds to finish the card.

Measurements: 

  • Sweet Sorbet: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”, scored at 4-1/4”
  • Basic White: 4” x 5-1/4”
  • DSP #1: 2” x 5-1/4” (plaid pattern)
  • DSP #2: 2” x 3” (polka-dot pattern)
  • Basic White: 2” x 3-1/4”
  • Basic White: 1-3/4” x 1/2”
  • Scraps of Crumb Cake and Basic White for die cutting

Instructions:

  1. Fold the Sweet Sorbet card base in half and burnish the fold.
  2. Adhere the two pieces of DSP to the Basic White Cardstock layer with Stampin’ SEAL.
  3. Adhere the Basic White layer to the card base with Stampin’ SEAL.
  4. From a scrap of Crumb Cake Cardstock, die cut the third largest scalloped rectangle from the Scalloped Contours Dies and adhere to the card with Stampin’ SEAL.
  5. Adhere the Basic White Cardstock layer to the center of the scalloped rectangle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  6. On a scrap of Basic White Cardstock, stamp the following:
    1. (1) Cherry in Sweet Sorbet ink
    2. (1) Striped straw in Sweet Sorbet ink
    3. (1) Ice cream in Sweet Sorbet ink
    4. (1) Detailed glass image in Crumb Cake ink, then stamp the solid glass filler image in crumb cake ink stamped-off once
  7. Die cut all of the stamped images with their coordinating dies.
  8. Die cut the hot fudge detail from a scrap of Early Espresso Cardstock and adhere to the top of the ice cream image with liquid glue. Adhere the die cut cherry to the ice cream with liquid glue.
  9. Adhere the milkshake pieces to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  10. Accent the cherry and glass with Wink of Stella for added sparkle, if desired.
  11. Stamp the sentiment on the strip of Basic White Cardstock in Sweet Sorbet ink, then adhere to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  12. Tie a bow with Sweet Sorbet Metallic Woven Ribbon and adhere to the card under the left side of the sentiment strip with a Mini Glue Dot.
  13. Add three (two large, one small) pink Pastel Adhesive-Backed dots to the card front, as shown.
  14. Enjoy!

GNOME-ONE BETTER

Measurements:

  • Orchid Oasis: 5 ½” x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼” AND 1” x 3”
  • Designer Paper: 4” x 5 ¼”
  • Parakeet Party: 1 ½ x 5 ¼
  • Basic White: approx. 3” x 4” Diorama die

Instructions:

  1. Adhere the Designer Paper to the card base.
  2. Adhere the Parakeet Party cardstock to the Designer Paper.
  3. Cut out the Basic White with the Diorama die. Stamp the bird on the top left with Stazon black ink. Watercolour the bird using Daffodil ink and the beak with Mango Melody. Adhere the shape to the card.
  4. Stamp the greeting on the Orchid Oasis strip using Stazon ink on the left-hand side. Adhere it to the card.
  5. Stamp the 2 gnomes on a piece of Watercolor Paper.
  6. Use the small Water Painter to watercolor the gnomes. I pressed the ink pad on to a stamping block, picked up a bit of water and pick up some colour from the block.
  7. Once coloured, die-cut the gnomes using their coordinating dies. Add them to the card using Dimensionals.
  8. Add a bit of Fine-Tip Glue Pen to the heart and the flower. (Tip: You can squeeze a bit of glue on a scrap paper, then pick it up using a toothpick if you want to ensure that the glue doesn’t blob on the card). Let dry before touching.
  9. Add some Matte Black Dots.
