Congratulations with Beautiful Bouquet

I made a few cards using the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set, I thought I’d share this one today. This card was super simple and I love how easily it came together. 🙂 The stamp set is a photopolymer stamp set and the great part is that you can bend the stamp into different shapes if you wish. For this card, I adjusted the stem so that they don’t look identical.

Tip: For the smaller flower on the card, I inked the stamp with Lovely Lipstick, then stamp on a scrap paper before stamping on to the card.

What I love about this stamp set is how versatile it is and the fact that it has so many different greetings to use!

This Is Knot Good

Since I already made a card with the sloth and a card with the turtle…I had to create something fun with the giraffe too! 🙂

Directions:

  1. Add texture to Crumb Cake cardstock by using the Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder and a die-cut machine. Adhere to card using Tear & Tape Adhesive.
  2. Cut out a piece of Shimmery White cardstock using the 3″ x 4 3/8″ Stitched Rectangle Dies.
  3. Stamp giraffe with Memento ink on the bottom right of the stitched rectangle.
  4. Colour images using Stampin’ Blends. I started from the darkest colour to the lightest.
  5. Adhere layer to the card using Tear & Tape Adhesive.
  6. Cut out the tree with the Sweet Silhouette dies using Garden Green cardstock. Add to the card using Fine-Tip Glue Pen.
  7. Stamp greeting on 3/4″ x 1 1/4″  Crumb Cake cardstock.
  8. Stamp greeting on 3/4″ x  1 1/2″ Garden Green cardstock.
  9. Attach both greetings to card using dimensionals.

Free as a Bird Thank You

The Free as a Bird stamp set is so pretty and great for colouring.

I got this idea from Kim Lee’s Gift Box here. I love how we can share ideas and be inspired by others.

Directions: 

  1. Add texture to Petal Pink cardstock by using the Tufted 3D Embossing Folder and a die-cut machine. Adhere to card using Tear & Tape Adhesive.
  2. Stamp greeting on  5/8″ x 3 3/4″ piece of Petal Pink cardstock. Snip ends with Paper Snips.
  3. Stamp images on Shimmery White cardstock using Memento ink.
  4. Colour images using Stampin’ Blends. I started from the darkest colour to the lightest.
  5. Cut out (fussy cut) all images using Paper Snips.
  6. Add ribbon to the back of the Petal Pink layer with Tear & Tape Adhesive and add to card.
  7. Add images to card using Dimensionals.
  8. Add Rhinestone Embellishments to card.

Sigh

With this card, I used the same cut pieces as my sloth card from Saturday and just changed the layout a bit. I’m not sure which character I love the most.

Directions:

  1. Adhere ends of the ribbon to the back of the cardstock, then adhere the layer to the card. Take a smaller piece of ribbon, tie in a knot around the ribbon.
  2. Adhere layer to the card using Tear & Tape Adhesive.
  3. Stamp turtle on to Shimmery White cardstock using Memento ink.
  4. Cut out the turtle using the Stitched So Sweetly dies with a die-cut machine.
  5. Colour turtle using Stampin’ Blends.
  6. Stamp the word SIGH in Memento Black ink on the top of the layer.
  7. Stamp greeting on a 7/8″ X 2 3/4″ piece of Granny Apple Green cardstock, then use Paper Snips to cut ends.
  8. Take the Bronze Stampin’ Blends marker and tap over the stamped Shimmery White cardstock using a ruler or other hard item. (This will create spots on your paper)
  9. Add dimensional to the back of the layers and add to the card.

Ouch!

I’ve never been a big fan of colouring, but, it’s starting to be one of my favourite things to do. The stampin’ Blends make it so easy to colour and the images turn out so nice. For this card, I used the Back On Your Feet stamp set that has 3 adorable characters.

Directions:

  1. Use the Crumb Cake ink pad to stamp the word OUCH! randomly on the Crumb Cake cardstock.
  2. Use the Dark Cherry Cobbler Blends Marker to colour the ribbon and set aside a minute to dry. Adhere ends of ribbon to the back of the cardstock, then adhere layer to card.
  3. Take a smaller piece of coloured ribbon, tie in a bow and put on top of ribbon using a glue dot.
  4. Stamp sloth on to Shimmery White cardstock using Memento ink.
  5. Centre and cut out the sloth using the Stitched So Sweetly dies with a die-cut machine.
  6. Colour sloth using Stampin’ Blends.
  7. Stamp sloth leg on to a scrap piece of Shimmery White cardstock and colour bandage using Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Blends. (I know that bandages are normally white, but, I wanted a fun colour…lol). Cut bandage out and attach to sloth using a Stampin’ Dimensional.
  8. Stamp the word OUCH! to the bottom of the layer.
  9. Take the Bronze Stampin’ Blends marker and tap over the stamped Shimmery White cardstock using a ruler or other hard item. (This will create spots on your paper)
  10. Add dimensional to the back of the layer and add to card.
