Snail Love

If you like super easy cards, you’ll love this one! The card mainly uses the Snail Mail Designer Series Paper with a stamped greeting from the coordinating stamp set. The dies that come with this suite coordinate with the stamp set and the designer paper.

Dimensions

  • Balmy Blue: 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
  • Snail Mail Designer Paper: 4″ x 5 1/4″  AND  2″ x 5 1/4″
  • Stitched Circle Die: 3″

Directions

  1. Cut the two Designer Papers and adhere them to the card.
  2. Cut out a 3″ circle using the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss with the Stitched Shapes Die.
  3. Stamp “hello” using the Real Red ink pad.
  4. Cut the Snail out of the Designer Paper using the coordinating die. Add it to the card using Dimensionals.

You Make My Heart Happy

Happy Monday! Today’s was inspired by a card created by Tinstar Designs 3 years ago. I recreated her card using products you can get for FREE!
The Designer Paper is a freebie you can get with an order of $60+ for the remainder of this month as part of our Sale-A-Bration sale. The stamp set is one you get automatically as part of our Sale-A-Bration sale when your order reaches $$375+ in addition to all the other freebies!

Dimensions

  • Granny Apple Green: 4 1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5 1/2″
  • Bumblebee: 3 3/4″ x 5″
  • Basic White: 3 5/8″ x 4 7/8″

Directions

  1. Fold Granny Apple Green cardstock, then adhere the Bumblebee and Basic White cardstock on top.
  2. Use the Layering Circles Dies to cut out a 2 3/8″ Bumblebee circle, two 1 3/4″ circles (polka dot + floral) and a 1 3/8″ circle (floral).
  3. Stamp the greeting on the Bumblebee circle using Memento black ink.
  4. Use a dauber with Bumblebee ink to add colour to the edges of each circle.
  5. Adhere the polka dot circle to the card using the Stampin’ Seal Adhesive and the other 3 circles with Dimensionals.
  6. Colour the clear Sequins using the dark Granny Apple Green Blend Marker. Adhere to the card using small dots of the Fine-Tip Glue Pen.

Happy Mail

Measurements:

  • Very Vanilla: 5.5” x 8.5”, 5” x 3.75”
  • Highland Heather: 5.25” x 4”

Instructions:

  1. Score and fold the larger piece of Very Vanilla cardstock in half to create the card base, set aside.
  2. On a smaller piece of Very Vanilla cardstock, stamp “happy” in Highland Heather towards bottom right; stamp “mail” in Balmy Blue underneath.
  3. Ink largest flower in Highland Heather, stamp off on scrap paper then stamp onto cardstock (“second generation image”). Repeat, surrounding the words with 5-6 images.
  4. Stamp smaller flower in Balmy Blue onto cardstock, varying first and second generation images, filling in spaces.
  5. Add leaf image in Pear Pizzazz, continuing to fill in gaps as desired, varying first and second generation images.
  6. Adhere this stamped cardstock onto the Highland Heather cardstock, then onto the card front.
  7. Add Opal Rounds randomly as desired.

Let’s Celebrate You

This card was fun to make! I used the Flower & Field Designer Paper from the Sale-A-Bration promo.

Dimensions

  • Granny Apple Green: 4 1/4″ x 11″, scored at 5 1/2″
  • Designer Paper: 4″ x 4″
  • Basic White: 4″ x 5 1/4″
  • Real Red: 5/8″ x 2 3/4″

Directions

  1. Adhere the designer paper to the front of the card.
  2. Cut out the chicken shape from the front using the coordinating die.
  3. Stamp the chicken on Shimmery White cardstock using Memento ink. Colour using Stampin’ Blends. Use the Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to add shimmer to the hair and the tail. Cut it out using the coordinating die.
  4. Stamp “let’s celebrate you” on scrap Real Red cardstock using Memento ink. Cut out the words separately using scissors or a Paper Trimmer. Add to the card using Mini Dimensionals.
  5. Stamp “Happy Birthday” on the strip of Real Red cardstock and cut ends.
  6. Stamp “Happy Birthday” on the Basic White cardstock layer using the Real Red ink pad. Adhere the layer to the inside of the card.
  7. Add adhesive to the back of the coloured chicken, close the card and push the chicken through the window.
  8. Tie the ribbon around the front of the card and tie the ends in a bow. (I added a glue dot under the bow so that the ribbon did not move.)

For My Forever Friend

Brushed Blooms Stampin up

Measurements:

  • Gorgeous Grape: 5 ½” x 8 ½”
  • Coastal Cabana:4” x 5 ¼”
  • Basic White: 5 1/8” x 3 7/8”, scrap
  • Vellum: scrap

Instructions:

  1. Stamp brushstroke image in the following colours from top to bottom on the layer of white, cleaning between each colour, Soft Sea Foam, Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay, Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape.
  2. Adhere to the layer of Coastal Cabana and then to the card base.
  3. Stamp sentiment in Basic Gray on scrap white, cut out with 2” Circle Punch, add to card with dimensionals.
  4. Punch out the small flower from Vellum, add to card with Mini Glue Dot and add Coastal Cabana dot to the center.
