A Little Extra Happiness

Measurements:

  • Card Base: Fresh Freesia 5 ½ x 8 ½”
  • Cardstock #2: Soft Succulent 4” x 5 ¼”
  • DSP: Fresh Freesia checkered pattern 3 ¾” x 5”

Instructions:

  1. Fold card base and press the crease using a Bone Folder
  2. Adhere the designer paper to the Soft Succulent cardstock.
  3. Place the ribbon on top of the layers and adhere the ends to the back, then adhere the layers to the card base.
  4. Cut out the scalloped rectangle using the 3” x 4” Stitched So Sweetly die.
  5. Stamp the greeting in the upper left-hand corner using the Gorgeous Grape ink pad.
  6. Tap the dark Highland Heather Stampin’ Blend on to a hard surface (eg. Ruler) to create the splatter background. Adhere the layer to the card.
  7. Stamp the bold flower on to a Basic White cardstock scrap using the Fresh Freesia ink pad.
  8. Stamp the detailed flower on top using the Highland Heather ink pad.
  9. Stamp the larger middle piece using Highland Heather ink pad.
  10. Stamp the smaller middle piece using the Gorgeous Grape ink pad.
  11. Use the flower die to cut out the flower.
  12. Cut out the center using the die with Daffodil Delight cardstock and adhere to the center.
  13. Die-cut the leaf using Soft Succulent cardstock. Die-cut the leaf details using Evening Evergreen cardstock.
  14. Adhere the leaves to the back of the flower.
  15. Adhere ribbon ends to the back and create loops.
  16. Add flower to the card using Dimensionals.
  17. Add the gems to the card.

The Artistically Inked stamp set is perfect to create a unique watercolour look!

Dimensions

  • Pale Papaya: 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
  • Just Jade: 4″ x 5 1/4″
  • Polished Pink: 3 1/2″ x 5″
  • Shimmery White: 3 1/4″ x 4 3/4″  AND  approx. 2″ die-cut

Directions

  1. Add the Just Jade cardstock into the Painted Texture Embossing Folder and run through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. Adhere it to the card base.
  2. Stamp the large flowers in Pale Papaya ink randomly on the Shimmery White cardstock.
  3. Stamp the center of the flowers using the Polished Pink ink pad.
  4. Stamp the leaves using the Soft Succulent ink pad.
  5. Stamp the dots using the Polished Pink ink pad.
  6. Use the Light Pool Party Stampin’ Blend Marker to colour the “white space” around the flowers and leaves.
  7. Adhere the stamped layer to the Polished Pink cardstock.
  8. Lay the ribbon on top of the layer and adhere ends to the back. Take a shorter piece of ribbon and tie it in a knot, then cut off ends using Paper Snips.
  9. Adhere the 2 layers to the card base.
  10. Stamp the greeting on a piece of Shimmery White cardstock using Polished Pink ink, then cut out using the die. Add it to the card using Dimensionals.
  11. Add Gems to the card.

Hello Ferns

Measurements: 

  • Soft Succulent 8-1/2” x 5-1/2”
  • Basic White 4” x 3-1/2”, 2-1/4” x 1-3/4”, 5-1/4” x 4”
  • Evening Evergreen 4” x 3”
  • Fresh Freesia 2-1/4” x 2”
  • Polished Pink 2” x 1-1/2”
  • Gold Foil 3” x 2-1/2”, 3” x 1/2″
  • Designer Series Paper: Hand-Penned 5” x 3”

Instructions:

  1. Score and fold the card base in half as you would if you were making a normal card.
  2. Glue the DSP to the center of the front of the card leaving about 1/4” on both sides.
  3. Make your own DSP by randomly stamping images on the 4” x 3-1/2” piece of Basic White, then cut the piece into strips 1-1/4” on each side with 1-1/2” in the center. Glue over the DSP leaving 1/4″ space between pieces.
  4. Using the Forever Flourishing Dies, die cut the images from the different coloured Cardstocks and Gold Foil.
  5. Using the smallest rectangle from the Stitched Rectangle Dies, die-cut out of the Polished Pink 2” x 1-1/2” piece.
  6. Arrange all the die-cut leaves and flowers to your liking and then add adhesive to the back of the Polished Pink stitched rectangle and adhere all the die-cut pieces.
  7. Use your paper snips to flag the ends of the 3” x 1/2″ piece of Gold Fold, then glue over the Polished Pink rectangle.
  8. Using the Evening Evergreen ink stamp the sentiment on to the piece 2-1/4” x 1-3/4” of Basic White, then die cut using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. Glue in the center of the Polished Pink rectangle and Gold Foil.
  9. For the inside of the card, stamp the sentiment with Evening Evergreen ink onto the Basic White card stock.

The Little Things You Do

Measurements:

  • Blackberry Bliss: 8-1/2” x 5-1/2”, folded in half for card base
  • Basic White: scrap for stamping and die-cutting
  • Designer Paper: 5-1/4” x 4” plus scraps for die-cutting
  • Ribbon: 8”

Instructions:           

  1. Adhere Designer Paper to the folded card base.
  2. Die-cut 4 pansies and approximately 6 leaves from Designer Paper.
  3. Attach pansies to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Adhere leaves where desired, tucking under flowers.
  4. Stamp sentiment on white cardstock and die cut with Tailor Made die. Thread and tie the ribbon through the hole and attach to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  5. Attach a bumble trinket with a mini glue dot.

Measurements:

    • Basic White Cardstock 5” x 4.25”
    • Gold Foil Paper                            .25” x  5.25”
    • Essentials in Ink Designer Paper .25” x 5.25”

Instructions:

  1. Score and fold 8.5” x 4.25” piece of Basic White Cardstock.
  2. Emboss 2.2.25” x 5.25” piece of Gold Foil folder with Hello folder from Thanks & Hello folder group.
  3. Adhere Essentials in Ink Designer Paper to embossed Gold Foil piece from step #1 so that piece overlaps embossed Gold Foil piece and total pieces together measure 5.25” x 4.0”.
  4. Cut lengths of ribbon 14” approx. from Pale Papaya Sheer Ribbon Polished Pink Sheer Ribbon and Simply Elegant trim.
  5. Wrap ribbon around Gold Fold and Designer paper from step #3 and tie it into a bow.
  6. Adhere layered piece from step #5 to card front.
  7. Add greeting of choice to the inside of the card.
