Bubble Over Birthday Card

Tips & Tricks:

– The bottles were cut out using Vellum Cardstock and then coloured on the back using Stampin’ Write Markers. I heat set them to dry the colour.
– Glue pieces to Vellum using Fine Tip Glue Pen, then use Glue Pen behind cardstock so that the glue does not show through.
– Wrap the Baker’s Twine around the Designer Paper layer twice and tape ends to back. Then cut a smaller piece of twine and tie a bow around the 2 twines on the card.

Birdhouse Birthday Cheers

Instructions:

Score Whisper White Card Base panel in half at 5-1/2″. Fold in half, crease with the Bone Folder to form card base.
Adhere the 6″ piece of ribbon to the Soft Sky panel ~ 1-1/4″ up from bottom edge.
Stamp Birthday Cheers greeting with Tuxedo Black ink in the mid-lower right corner.
Lay 12″ piece of ribbon under the 6″ piece, and then tie a bow and trim ribbon ends.
Adhere Soft Sky panel to the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Stamp the Birdhouse Image to the Whisper White layer with Tuxedo Black ink, bring the birdhouses to the lower edge to ‘ground’ them.
Using the Aqua Painter and Soft Sky Ink Refill, with very little ink refill and mostly water, lightly swoosh some streaks to the entire white panel to create a sky background effect.
Using the Stampin’ Blends, color in the birdhouse as shown.
Adhere Whisper White focal image to the Smoky Slate layer with Snail Adhesive.
Using Stampin’ Dimensionals, adhere the focal image to the Soft Sky panel layer, centering above the ribbon.
Optional: Brush in the white areas of the sky with the Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.

Whisper White Thick card stock: 4-1/4” x 11” 3-1/2″ x 2-3/4”
Soft Sky card stock: 4” X 5-1/4”
Smoky Slate card stock: 3-5/8″ x 2-7/8″
Smoky Slate Gingham Ribbon: 18″ (cut for 6″ & 12″)

Waterfront Birthday Card

Instructions:

With the 3 ¾” edge along the top of your Whisper White panel, use the Light Pool Party Blendie to lightly color the “sky” down about 2/3 of the way.
Stamp the mountains in Crumb Cake midway down and centered horizontally.
Stamp the sun in So Saffron in the sky to the left of the mountains.
Stamp the land in Pear Pizzazz right under the mountains.
Stamp the cabin in Chocolate Chip as shown.
Stamp the trees in Tranquil Tide to the left and right of the mountains as shown.
Stamp the water in Pool party at the bottom as shown.
Stamp trees horizontally across the middle of the Tranquil Tide piece using Tranquil Tide ink.
Adhere the Whisper White panel on top of the Chocolate Chip panel and then adhere both to the Tranquil Tide panel.
Tie the Linen Thread around the Tranquil Tide layer and make a bow as shown.
Adhere completed panel to the front of card base.
Next, with Tranquil Tide ink, stamp off the trees and then stamp on the scrap of Crumb Cake.
Stamp the sentiment in Early Espresso so that it is centered over trees.
Punch out with the Pretty Label Punch and adhere label using Stampin’ Dimensionals referring to photo for placement.

Measurements:

Crumb Cake: 5 ½” x 8 ½” (Scrap for label)
Tranquil Tide: 4” x 5 1/4”
Chocolate Chip: 3 ¼” x 4”
Whisper White: 3” x 3 ¾”
Linen Thread 14”

Picture Perfect Birthday

Happy Friday! Today is a snow day for my kids so everyone is home! My house needs some cleaning, so, I think I know what I will get them to do! *wink* 🙂

This fun card, today, uses the AH-MAZING Picture Perfect Party Designer Paper….I am in love! It is super fun!

If you haven’t seen the Sale-A-Bration #2 Brochure, make sure you click here to check it out!

Instructions:

Fold Berry Burst cardstock in half to form card base.
Emboss the Berry Burst front with the Scattered Sequins folder using the Big Shot.
Emboss the Lemon Lime Twist cardstock with the Simple Stripes folder using the Big Shot and glue to the right side of the Berry Burst card front.
Glue the Picture Perfect paper to the Lemon Lime Twist as shown in the picture.
Stamp the sentiment “Happy Birthday” in Berry Burst ink on the strip of Whisper White and glue to the lower right corner of the Designer Series Paper.
Cut out the word Celebrate from the Glimmer Paper using the Celebrate You Thinlits and the Big Shot.
Glue the Celebrate to the Designer paper above the Whisper White stamped strip.
Add sequins to the Designer Series paper and add a rhinestone to the middle of each sequin.

Lemon Lime Twist: 4 ¼” x 3 ½”
Designer Series Paper: 4 ½” x 3 ¼”
Whisper White: 1 5/8” x ½”

Celebrate You Striped Treat Bag

Instructions:

Stamp flower from Amazing You stamp set randomly on white card stock using Memento ink and one extra flower on scrap paper. Punch the end of the white card with the Triple Banner punch.
Color flowers using Stampin’ Blends and cut out extra flower.
Stamp “Celebrate” on the Navy card stock using Versamark and heat emboss with Gold embossing powder.
Cut the YOU thinlit out of Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper on the Big Shot. Adhere to Navy card stock under embossed “celebrate”. Attach words to flower banner with dimensionals, leaving room at the top for the ribbon.
Adhere the DSP to the back of the banner and tie the ribbon around the top.
Attach the extra flower to the front of the banner with a dimensional.
Put gift in the bag, fold over the top edge and attach the banner with a gold library clip.

Measurements:

Whisper White: 5-1/4” x 2” and scrap for extra flower
Night of Navy: 1-1/2” x 3”
DSP: 4-1/4” x 2-1/2”
Berry Burst Ribbon: 16”
