The Back On Your Feet stamp set is perfect for those who are a little under the weather and animals are super cute!

BACK ON YOUR FEET CLING STAMP SET Stampin' Up

The animals are perfect for colouring with our Stampin’ Blends and when you combine the stamp set with the Scalloped Notecards & Envelopes…they can be used to make a quick and cute card!

Measurements:  

  • Note Cards & Envelopes
  • Whisper White: Scrap
  • Terracotta Tile Scrap, 5×1”

Instructions:

  1. Emboss the Old Olive Card base with Layered Leaves embossing folder.
  2. Stamp Sloth on Whisper White Scrap using Memento ink.  Colour using the blends listed above.
  3. Stamp your “sigh” on stamped layer. And stamp inside of card with “sometimes that is all there is to say….” Using Memento Ink.
  4. Using Die Cutting Machine and the Stitched Nested Framelits, cut the Sloth layer as well as a Terracotta Tile layer, Cut the Terracotta Layer in half and adhere to back of Stamped layer using Snail.
  5. Cut the linen portion of the Scalloped Ribbon away.  Tie in a bow, and carefully unravel. Adhere using a Glue Dot.  Adhere the scallops to the bottom of the stamped layer.
  6. Adhere to card base using dimensionals.
  7. Adhere 1” x 5” Terracotta Tile to the bottom inside of note card.
  8. Stamp your envelope to match.

Birthday Wishes

Happy Friday stamping friends! If you love butterflies, you are going to LOVE the Butterfly Wishes stamp set!

Measurements:  

  • Pretty Peacock:  5 ½” x 8 ½“, scored at 4 ¼” 
  • Pool Party: 5 ½” x 2”, scrap
  • Whisper White: 3” x 5”; scrap

Instructions:

  1. Stamp the branch from Butterfly Wishes in VersaMark ink on the top left and bottom right corners of a Pretty Peacock card base.
  2. Emboss the Pool Party panel with Pinewood Planks & adhered across the center of the card.
  3. Die-cut a Whisper White Stitched Nested label die-cut (4 3/8” x 2 3/8”).
  4. Colour directly onto the branch rubber stamp with Stampin’ Write Markers; Bermuda Bay on the flowers, Old Olive on the leaves and Soft Suede on the branch. Huff on it & stamp onto label.
  5. Die-cut a Pool Party Stitched Nested label (1 ¾” x 7/8”).
  6. Stamp Butterfly Wishes sentiment in Pretty Peacock onto label. Adhere to white label.
  7. Ink butterfly stamp in Pretty Peacock, stamp off once, then stamp onto label.
  8. Repeat stamping a stamped-off butterfly again on Whisper White scrap; cut out with Snips.
  9. Pop up Whisper White label, then adhere butterfly over stamped butterfly with Glue Dot.
  10. Colour three Rhinestones with Pretty Peacock Blends Marker. Add to butterfly and around branch.

Free as a Bird- Spotlight Technique

The Free as a Bird stamp set is so pretty and I love the cards that I’ve seen made with this set! I also love that it comes as a bundle with the Stitched Nested Label Dies. You can colour the birds with any colouring tools…but,  I especially like to colour them with our Stampin’ Blends!!!

For my card, I chose to do a spotlight technique with colouring only the 2 middle birds then cutting them out to pop them up with dimensionals on to the image on the card.

Measurements:  

  • Crumb Cake: 5 ½” x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”
  • Calypso Coral: 4” x 5 ¼” 
  • Whisper White: 3 ¾” x 5” AND scraps
  • Designer Series Paper: 1 ½” x 5”

Instructions:

  1. Stamp birds on to Whisper White cardstock near the top using Memento black ink. Stamp again on to scrap paper to colour. 
  2. Use Stampin’ Blends to colour middle 2 birds, flowers and leaves. Cut out coloured portion using Paper Snips and adhere to whisper white layer with dimensionals and mini dimensionals. 
  3. Adhere Designer Series Paper to bottom of the whisper white layer using SNAIL. Adhere to Calypso Coral layer. 
  4. Tie the ribbon in a knot, then adhere ends of the ribbon to the backside of the two layers using Tear & Tape or a piece of tape. Adhere all layers to Crumb Cake card. 
  5. Stamp greeting on scrap paper using Calypso Coral ink. 
  6. Use a die cutting machine with Stitched Nested Label Dies (1 ?” x 2 ¼”) to cut out greeting then add to the card using dimensionals.

Cow over the Moon

Measurements:  

  • Thick Whisper White Cardstock: 4 ¼” x 11” scored at 5 ½”
  • Whisper White Cardstock: 6” x 3 ½” for flowers
  • Pineapple Punch Cardstock: 4” x 5 ¼”
  • Watercolor Paper: 2 ½” x 2 ½” (approx.) to die cut with 2 1/8” stitched square
  • Pressed Petals Specialty DSP: 3 7/8” x 5 1/8”

Check out how cute this OVER THE MOON stamp set is!!

 

Instructions:

  1. Fold thick Whisper White card base in half and set aside.
  2. Attach the Pressed Petals Designer Paper piece to the Pineapple Punch piece of cardstock with Snail adhesive. Then, wrap linen thread around the middle of the layer and tie a bow. Attach the layer to the card front with snail adhesive.   
  3. Use the medium Daisy Punch and cut 6 flowers from the 6” x 3 ½” piece of Whisper White Cardstock.  Use a sponge dauber and Pineapple Punch ink pad to ink the centers of the punched flowers a little. Then, stack two flowers a little off to make the flower look fuller and stick together with a glue dot. Make 3 full flowers with 2 punched pieces each. Attach to the card front with glues dots as shown in the picture.  
  4. Die cut a 2 1/8” square from the Fluid 100 watercolour paper with the Stitched Shapes Dies. Then, stamp the cow using Staz-On ink. 
  5. Use your Aqua Painter to colour the cow image. I used Balmy Blue for the sky, Soft Suede for the cow, Lovely Lipstick for the ears and nose and the tip of her boot, Pineapple Punch with a little Soft Suede for the hair and flower, and Garden Green for leaves. 
  6. Attach that square to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Free as a Bird Pocket Card

Sometimes a standard card is just not enough; Any friend would be so impressed with how beautiful this pocket card is!

Measurements:  

  • Petal Pink: 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” and scrap for circle punch
  • Whisper White: 3 3/4” x 5”
  • DSP: 9 1/4” x 6

The Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper is so full of colour and is so pretty to work with!

Instructions:

  1. Score the DSP at 5/8” on the 9 1/4 side of the paper, rotate paper and score at 2 3/4” and 7”.
  2. Using Paper snips cut off the 5/8” paper along the score line to the next score line on both ends of the paper. 
  3. Fold along the score lines. Add adhesive to the ends of the DSP so that when you fold into the middle the adhesive sticks to each other. Add adhesive to 5/8” bottom flap and fold up to form a pocket. 
  4. Using the Circle Punch punch out a half circle at top of pocket.
  5. Using Early Espresso ink stamp the whisper white card stock with sentiment and bird image and colour with blends. Attach to Petal Pink card stock.
  6. Tie ribbon around front of pocket
  7. Using Early Espresso stamp flower and sentiment on Petal Pink card stock and punch out with circle punch. Adhere to front of card with dimensionals.
