Happy Birthday Fairy

The NEW WONDERS stamp set is full of sweet fairies that are perfect for a magical looking card!

Measurements:

    • Basic Black: 8 ½” x 5 ½”
    • Whisper White: 4” x 5 ¼” 

Instructions: 

  1. Fold Basic Black card stock in half to create card base. 
  2. Rub Embossing Buddy over Whisper White card stock layer. Ink leaves with Versamark ink pad and stamp along the left side. Repeat until you have desired amount of images. Sprinkle with White Embossing Powder, shake off excess and set with a heat tool. Use sponge daubers to add ink over the embossed images (Rococo Rose, Seaside Spray and Pretty Peacock). Wipe off any excess ink with a paper towel.
  3. Ink fairy image with Black Stazon and stamp onto Whisper White layer. Stamp sentiment with Black Stazon.
  4. Use aqua painter with ink pads to colour in the fairy.
  5. Add fine-tip glue to fairy’s wings and sprinkle with a bit of Dazzling Diamonds Glitter. Let dry

Set Sail

If you know me, you know how hard it is for me to stamp masculine looking cards. I tend to love feminine cards and I have to push myself to stamp other styles…lol. The great thing about the Sailing Home stamp set is that it can be used to make tons of different types of cards! 

Measurements:  

  • Crumb Cake: 1 1/2″  x 1 1/2″
  • Night of Navy: 2” x 2”
  • Whisper White Thick: 4 1/4″ x 11”
  • Whisper White: 2” x 4”, 2 1/2” x 2 1/2″
  • DSP: 1 1/2″ x 5 1/2″; 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″

Instructions:

  1. Score Whisper White Thick at 5 1/2″; fold to create the card base.
  2. Adhere the larger piece of DSP with SNAIL Adhesive.  Tear right edge of DSP strip; adhere to the left side of the card with SNAIL Adhesive.
  3. Stamp sailboat on Whisper White with Night of Navy ink; die-cut using a cutting machine.
  4. Stamp sentiment on Whisper White with Night of Navy ink; punch.
  5. Die-cut steering wheel from Crumb Cake and circle from Night of Navy.
  6. Adhere Night of Navy circle to the card front with SNAIL Adhesive.  
  7. Loop twine and adhere behind the punched sentiment.  Adhere sentiment, sailboat and steering wheel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Pressed Petals Frame Card

Sometimes all it takes is some designer series paper to add that special something to a card!

You can cut apart the designs on this piece of designer paper to add strips on the card.

Measurements:  

  • Thick Whisper White: 8 1/2” x 5 1/2”, scrap
  • Rococo Rose: 5” x 3 3/4”
  • Crumb Cake: 4 1/2” x 3 1/4”

Instructions:

  1. Attach the Crumb Cake cardstock to the Rococo Rose cardstock and then those layers to the Thick Whisper White card base.
  2. Cut the strip off of the designer paper (pattern shown) so that it’s 12” by about 3/4”. It should be cut pretty tight around the flowers. Then cut this into four 3” pieces.
  3. Use these pieces to create a frame on the layer of Crumb Cake cardstock. Once you have the pieces arranged, attach them to the card.
  4. Using Early Espresso ink, stamp the greeting onto the scrap of Thick Whisper White cardstock. Punch out the greeting and attach it to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  5. Tie a bow using the Braided Linen Trim and attach it to the card using a Mini Glue Dot.

Best Wishes with Path of Petals

The Path of Petals Stamp Set is perfect for those who love delicate beauty and floral stamps.

Measurements:  

  • Mint Macaron: 5.5” x 8.5”
  • Whisper White: scrap; 5.25” x 4” for inside of card if desired
  • Vellum: 5-3/8” x 4-1/8”

Instructions:

  1. Fold Mint Macaron Cardstock in half to create card base; unfold and die cut the large floral frame from the center of the card front. Die-cut the smaller floral frame from the center piece.
  2. Randomly stamp the leaf spray in Mint Macaron over the card front as desired.
  3. Adhere the Vellum Cardstock to the inside of the front of the card.
  4. Stamp the sentiment in Mint Macaron onto scrap Whisper White cardstock and die cut with oval frame.
  5. Adhere the sentiment onto the smaller floral frame. Adhere on the Vellum Cardstock in the center of the card front using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals
  6. If desired, adhere Whisper White cardstock inside card.

Wild Rose Special Celebration Card

This stamp set features a stunning photorealistic rose that can be stamped in 3-steps.

Measurements:  

  • Calypso Coral:         11” x 4-1/4” scored at 5-1/2” for card base
  • Very Vanilla:           Two pieces 5 -1/8” x 4-7/8” and one 4” x 3” to cut frame from
  • Organdy Ribbon:  20”

Instructions:

  1. Cut out the Very Vanilla frame using the smaller piece of Very Vanilla card stock and the Wild Rose dies. Stamp “Hope Your Day” sentiment in Calypso Coral ink on the frame. 
  2. Stamp three of the bold rose image around the edge of a Very Vanilla panel using Petal Pink ink. Stamp over the petal pink roses with the floral highlight stamp using Calypso Coral, lining them up to match as closely as possible, then finish the roses by stamping the rose detail over the top using Early Espresso ink. 
  3. Add leaves to the background using Old Olive ink for the leaf background and Mossy Meadow ink for the veining on top of the leaves. 
  4. Wrap the Organdy ribbon around the rose-stamped panel and tie a bow on the front right side. Adhere to top of Coral card.
