Hello again!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I have a gorgeous card to share. I just love the pop of Blackberry Bliss on this one!

Supplies:

·         Stamp Sets – Flower Patch ( #134207)

·         Framelits – Flower Fair (#133731) –    BUNDLE (#136788)

·         Cardstock – Blackberry Bliss  (#133675) 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” (fold in half), Whisper White (#100730 $8.50) 4” x 5-1/4”, Scrap of Mossy Meadow (#133645)

·         Stamp Pads – Blackberry Bliss (#133642), Hello Honey (#133643), Tangelo Twist (#133646)

·         Designer Series Paper – Moonlight (#133701) scrap – could also use Hello Honey

·         Misc. –  Big Shot (#113439), Dimensionals (#104430), Glue Dots (#103683), Rhinestone Basic Jewels (#119246)

          

Instructions:

1.    On scrap white Stamp largest flower with Blackberry Bliss ink and stamp off. Ink Coordinating flower in Blackberry Bliss and stamp on top of large flower image.

2.    Stamp small flower in Blackberry Bliss. Use scrap from Moonlight DSP for middle layer.

3.    Use Framelits to cut out images.

4.    On Whisper White layer, stamp other images, leaving enough room for large flower and leaves. Stamp off with Hello Honey to create layered flower. Layer large flower with pieces using Diminsionals for layer.  Attach leaves to back of flower with Glue Dots.  Attach with Dimensionals.

5.    Stamp Greeting.

6.    Add Rhinestones to flowers.

Today's card uses a pretty combination to create a simple but cute card!

·         Stamp Pads – Hello Honey-133643, Baked Brown Sugar-131174, Coastal Cabana-131175, Tangelo Twist-133646

·         Misc. – Big Shot-113439, Decorative Dots embossing folder-133520, Chalk Talk framelits-129983, Magnetic Platform-130658, Coastal Cabana Twine-135638, Sequins-133631, Stampin' Dimensionals-104430

 

Measurements:  

·         Hello Honey base 4 1/4 x 11

·         Crisp Cantaloupe 4 x 4 1/4

·         Whisper White 3 x 3, scrap

·         Lullaby DSP 2 x 4 ½

           

Instructions:

1.    Emboss Crisp Cantaloupe with Decorative Dots embossing folder then add to Hello Honey card base.

2.    Add piece of Lullaby DSP

3.    Cut Whisper White using Chalk Talk framelits.

4.    Stamp " Cake" and “Have a, Birthday” in Baked Brown Sugar ink on Chalk Talk tag;

5.    Stamp Work of Art ‘Swish’ over cake with Hello Honey Ink,

6.    Stamp  ‘Dots’ with Coastal Cabana ink

7.    Stamp ‘Happy’ with Tangelo Twist Ink

8.    Wrap Coastal Cabana Twine twice around tag.

9.    Adhere to card base with dimensionals.

Good Morning!

It is a GREAT morning because I can finally say "I SCRAPBOOKED!" It's been a LONG time, but I've decided I need to get through at least some of the tons of digital photos I've got! Having a 'smartphone' too now means even MORE PHOTOS!! Which I do LOVE because I always have a camera with me. I love taking photos, but it sure can be overwhelming when you realize they never get printed or shared!

So, I've decided to take baby steps 🙂 I recently took a mini vacation with my family where we drove past Montreal, Quebec to visit the Granby Zoo in Granby, QC!  Some great photos to start with.  And, it's not just a regular zoo as you can see, and will see from more pages to come 😉

The kids had a great time posing for these shots on the surf boards!

I had a little fun with this page using the 'Seriously' stamp from the So Cool & Seriously Sassy digital set for the swirls and hid the wording under the photo mat.

Today's project share is a lovely card with a lovely colour combination!

Supplies:

• Stamp Sets:  Bravo (#135380, $25.95)
• Card Stock:  Lost Lagoon (#133679, $5.95), Whisper White (#100730, $8.50)
• Stamp Pads:  Lost Lagoon (#1336440), Blackberry Bliss (#133642), Hello Honey (#133643)
• Misc:  2 ½” Circle Punch (#120906, $16.95), Hello Honey 3/8” Stitched Satin Ribbon (#133671)

           

Measurements: 

·        Lost Lagoon:  5 ½ X 11 (Card Base)

·        Whisper White:  Scrap big enough to punch circle

           

Instructions:

1. Stamp “Congratulations” in Lost Lagoon on card front as shown
2. Punch hole in card front using 2 ½” Circle
3. Stamp “Way To Go” in Blackberry Bliss on whisper white and punch out
4. Stamp again in Hello Honey (just need the “to”) and cut out banner with “to” on it
5. Adhere to Blackberry Bliss stamped image with a dimensional
6. Close card and adhere stamped circle through opening on inside of card
7. Tie ribbon in knot as shown
