Easter is right around the corner and for many, it’s going to be a lot different than normal. Easter is a great time to get together with extended family, but, with COVID-19…not this year. I’m thankful that while this is a difficult time, at least we have technology to keep most of us connected.

Peekaboo Easter Bunny Card

Punch art is fun when you can make something so cute! 🙂 This sweet Easter Bunny Card is super easy to duplicate. Hope you like it!

This card was a work of love…lol. I have to admit, I used some of my retired products to make it, but I figured sometimes it’s good to pull out some of our older products!
You’ll see the greeting isn’t on my product list below because I made the card a couple of days ago and I cannot find the stamp set that I used…lol. If you did want to duplicate this card, you can find a greeting that works for the card. 😉

Easter Bunny Card with a punch and Stampin’ Up! Dies

Easter is coming soon, so I thought I’d play a bit to come up with an Easter card. I don’t normally purchase Easter stamp sets so it was fun to look at the products I have on hand and still make something cute!

Directions:

  1. Stamp the greeting from the Seriously The Best stamp set on to (4″ x 5 1/4″) cardstock using Rococo Rose ink.
  2. Cut out one 3 1/4″ long oval and two 2 1/2″ long ovals in Whisper White cardstock using the Layering Ovals Dies.
  3. Cut out two 2″ ovals with 2019–2021 In Color 6″ X 6″ Designer Series Paper using the Layering Ovals Dies.
  4. Adhere checkered ovals to Whisper White ovals to create ears. Add ears to the back of the large oval face.
  5. Adhere bunny face to the bottom left of the Rococo Rose cardstock extending past the card front.
  6. Cut the edges of the bunny face using scissors or Paper Trimmer.
  7. Punch out a heart using the Dog Builder punch and adhere to the face.
  8. Use a dauber with Rococo Rose ink to add rosy cheeks on the bunny. (I inked it up and then took off some of the ink on a scrap paper before using it on the bunny).
  9. Use the black Stampin’ Write marker to create eyes and whiskers.
  10. Use the Dark Lovely Lipstick Blend marker to colour ribbon. Tie the ribbon in a bow and attach it to the card using a glue dot.
