So Much Joy

The colours found in the Lighter Than Air 6″ x 6″ Designer Paper has colours that scream SPRING to me! Since my favourite colour is PINK, I really love the colours in this paper!

Measurements:

• Gray Granite(card base): 7 ½” x 5 ½”; scored at 4 ¼
• Basic White (front): 5 ¼” x 3”
• Lemon Lolly (front): 5 ¼” x ½”
• Basic White (inside): 5 ¼” x 4”
• Designer Series Paper (inside): 5 ¼” x 1”
• Balmy Blue (die cut circle): 2 ½” x 2 ½”
• Basic White (cut out flower): scrap
• Twine: 26”

Instructions: 

1. Fold the Gray Granite card base on the score line.
2. Add the large piece of Basic White card base to the inside of the card.
3. Add the strip of Designer Series Paper to the inside of the card, on top of the Basic White cardstock, on the right-hand side.
4. On the 5 ¼” x 3” piece of Basic White cardstock, stamp the flower vase image with Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
5. Stamp the large flower in the vase on the scrap of Basic White cardstock.
6. Colour in the flower vase and the flowers with the Stampin’ Blends markers.
7. Stamp some dots from the stamp set, with Gray Granite ink, at the bottom of the vase. Stamp some of them without reinking the stamp.
8. Use the Paper Snips Scissors to cut out the small single flower.
9. Attach the small flower to the larger coloured image using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
10. On the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, die cut out the long narrow pattern of dots on the Lemon Lolly cardstock using the Everyday Details Dies.
11. Attach the die-cut Lemon Lolly cardstock to the front of the left-hand side of the stamped Basic White cardstock.
12. Wrap some Balmy Blue Twine around the stamped Basic White cardstock and tie it in a bow on the left-hand side.
13. Attach the Basic White layers to the front of the card.
14. On the Balmy Blue cardstock, stamp the greeting with Whisper White ink. Sprinkle the ink with White Embossing Powder and shake off the excess. Heat emboss with the Heat tool.
15. On the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, die cut out the greeting with the circle and dotsdie from the Everyday Details Dies.
16. Attach the die-cut greeting to the front of the card by attaching only the right side of the card. This will form a stopper to help keep the card closed.
17. Use the Take Your Pick Tool to add three Rainbow Adhesive-Backed Dots to the front of the card.
