Hand Stamped Cards with Josee Smuck-Stampin' Up! Canada Demonstrator

The Trees for Sale stamp set is super cute and even better with the Tree Lot Dies that you can get free with a min. $120 order! This card was really fun to piece together with different coloured cardstocks for the camper and some new Snowfall Accents Puff Paint on the trees.

I used 3 new In Colors on this card: Tahitian Tide, Sweet Sorbet & Parakeet Party.

When using the Puff Paint, make sure you don’t squeeze the bottle hard or the liquid will come out too quick. Once you add the dots of Puff Paint, you heat it with a Heat Tool to puff it up.

After I coloured the lights, I added enough glue from the Fine-Tip Glue Pen to create a bubble. Let dry for 30-60 minutes before handling again.

Directions

1. Adhere the Basic White layer and the Polka-Dot Paper to the card.
2. Stamp the poles and the string lights on Basic White cardstock using the Memento black ink pad. Die-cut each with the coordinating die.
3. Colour the lights with the Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend.
4. Use the Fine-Tip Glue Pen to add “bubbles” on top of each light. Let dry for 30-60 minutes before handling again.
5. Adhere the poles and the 2 string lights to the card.
6. Die-cut the camper with Tahitian Tide, Basic White, Basic Black and Daffodil Delight cardstock. Piece together the camper with the different coloured cardstock.
7. Die-Cut the wreath using Parakeet Party and the bow using Sweet Sorbet cardstock. Adhere them to the camper.
8. Adhere the camper to the card.
9. Stamp the greeting on basic White cardstock using Sweet Sorbet ink. Cut out using paper Snips. Add to the card using Dimensionals.
10. Stamp the detailed trees on to Parakeet Party cardstock, then die-cut using the tree die. Adhere the 2 bigger trees to the card using Seal Adhesive and the smaller one using Dimensionals.
11. Add small dots of the Puff Paint to the trees and heat set using the Heat Tool until you see the paint puff up.
