Hello!
This cute trio of stamps is on the list of retiring stamp sets- the Talented Trio stamp set! Today's card shows a fun technique to use with the little painter girl. 
How To Make It:
Cut and score the Bermuda Bay cardstock to create a card base and set aside.
Place a few drops of Pool Party re-inker into a plastic container. Using your Aqua Painter add water to the drops of Pool Party Ink until it is diluted a little. Take the diluted coloured ink on your Aqua Painter and sweep over your Shimmery White card stock. Use your Heat Tool to dry the ink on the paper. Clean your Aqua Painter and repeat this step with the next colour – Blushing Bride and then again with Wisteria Wonder. Set sheet aside.
Ink up the artist image from the Talented Trio Stamp Set with Black StazOn Ink and stamp her on a small piece of Shimmery White Card Stock. Colour her in with the Aqua Painter dipped into the a smudge of ink inside the ‘LID’ of your Pool Party Ink Pad (do not put Aqua Painter directly into the Ink Pad as you do not want to add water to the pad.)
Take your Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Write Marker – the journaling end and ‘dot’ the smock to create shadow. Once colour has dried – cover smock with Wink Of Stella-Clear.
Colour her hair and shoes with Clear Wink of Stella.
Colour her face with a very light wash of Blushing Bride using the Aqua Painter into the lid of the Blushing Bride Ink Pad. Lightly go over with a VERY light Chocolate Chip wash using the Aqua Painter into the Chocolate Chip Ink pad. Use your Blushing Bride Stampin’ Write Marker to add cheek colour.
Using the Sahara Sand Stampin’ Write Marker, carefully outline the whole image to give a slight 3d effect. Add a little ground for the artist to stand on as well.
Cut out the artist image with the second smallest Oval Framelit & the Big Shot.
Cut and staple on some Pool Party Glitter Ribbon to the oval.
Stamp ‘Happy Birthday’ in Wisteria Wonder Ink on some scrap of Whisper White cardstock and cut out by hand. Adhere to the oval. Adhere the oval to colour washed Shimmery White piece (as per step 2) with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Add White Perfect Accents randomly. Adhere to Bermuda Bay Card Base (as per step 1).
