Today’s card is a simple and easy to make Christmas card using the new Tags & Trimmings stamp set and Winter Wonder Textured Impressions Embossing Folder from Stampin’ Up’s 2017 Holiday Catalogue.

How To Make This Hand Stamped Card:

Emboss the snowflake using the Winter Wonder Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.

Stamp the greeting from the Tags & Trimmings stamp set on a strip of Whisper White cardstock and then use the Scalloped Tag Topper punch to punch both ends.

Thread the Bermuda Bay Mini Chevron Ribbon through the punched holes, tied as shown and add to the cardfront.

To finish off the card, add a Rhinestones Basics Jewel to the center of the snowflake.

Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper

Today’s card is another fall inspired thank you card using the new Painted Harvest stamp set from Stampin’ Up’s 2017 Holiday Catalogue. It also uses the gorgeous Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper to create the backdrop for the stamped layer.

The Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper shown on this card is only one strip of paper- yes, both those gorgeous designs are one each side of the patterned paper sheet! The only problem may be deciding which side to use. I couldn’t decide, so I used both on this card and I love the way it turned it!

How To Make This Hand Stamped Card:

Cut and score the Thick Very Vanilla card base.

Cut a 2” strip of Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper then divide it in 3 unequal strips: 4.75”, 4”, 3.25”; Adhere to the card base as shown.

On the small piece of Very Vanilla cardstock stamp the leaves from the Painted Harvest stamp set in Lemon Lime Twist ink for the solid stamp and Garden Green ink for the shadow stamp.

Stamp the greeting in Early Espresso ink, then adhere the Very Vanilla stamped piece to the Early Espresso mat layer and adhere to the cardfront using SNAIL Adhesive.

Use the Leaf Punch to punch out 3 sets of leaves: two from Garden Green cardstock and one from Lemon Lime Twist cardstock.

Use Mini Glue Dots to adhere the leaves together and then tie a piece of ¼” Copper Trim around the stems, use a Mini Glue Dot to add the bundle to the cardfront.
