Beautiful card with NO stamping required!

Sometims simple cards can be so beautiful! This card actually has NO stamping on it; with the Petal Passion card pack, it is easy to create a beautiful card in just minutes!

Measurements

  • Basic Black:  8 1/2” x 5 /12”
  • Blushing Bride: 3 1/4” x 4 1/2”

Instructions 

  1. Fold Basic Black to create card base.
  2. Embossing Basic Black card base using Petal Pair embossing folder and Big Shot.
  3. Adhere Petal Passion card to Blushing Bride layer.
  4. Add sticker heart.
  5. Adhere ‘love you very much’ layer to card front using SNAIL adhesive to complete card.

Petal Palette Thanks

Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend.

Measurements:

  • Whisper White: 4-1/4″ x 11″ score at 5-1/2″; 3-3/4″ x 5″ and 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ for circle punch
  • Basic Black: 4″ x 5-1/4
  • Crushed Curry: 1-3/4″ x 4-3/4″, 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″ and 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″ for circle punch
  • Petal Passion Designer Series Paper: 1-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ of dark print and 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″ of light print
  • Crushed Curry 3/8″ Stitched Satin Ribbon: 5″ 

Instructions:

  • Fold large Whisper White cardstock on score line for card base.
  • Attach Basic Black cardstock with Snail Adhesive
  • Attach dark Petal Passion Designer Series Paper to the 1-3/4″ x 4-3/4″ piece of Crushed Curry with Snail and attach this to the 3-3/4″ x 5″ Whisper White piece.
  • Wrap Crushed Curry 3/8″ Stitched Satin Ribbon around Whisper White piece and secure to the back side with Mini Glue Dots.
  • Attach Whisper White layer to the card with Snail
  • Attach light Petal Passion Designer Series Paper to the 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″ Crushed Curry piece with Snail and attach this to the 3-3/4″ x 5″ Whisper White piece with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Stamp bird and sentiment of small Whisper White piece and punch out with 2″ Circle Punch.
  • Punch circle from small Crushed Curry piece with 2-1/4″ Circle Punch
  • Attach bird circle to Crushed Curry Circle with Snail and attach the cirlce layers to the card with stampin Dimensionals.
  • Attach Petal Passion Embellishments to card with Mini Glue Dots

Garden in Bloom

I’m dreaming of Spring flowers today! I am so tired of the cold and winter, I cannot wait to see the flowers blooming again!

Measurements:

  • Crush Curry 7¾ x 5½ score at 4¼ card base
  • Basic Black 5-3/8 x 3-3/8, 2” circle
  • Fresh Fig 5¼ x 3¼, 5½ x 1
  • Whisper White 1¾ circle; 5¼ x 3 *inside

Instructions:

  1. Into the fresh fig 5¼ x 3¼ stamp the bold flowers, center flower and the bee body with white craft ink.
  2. Heat set the white ink with the heat tool
  3. Using the watercolor pencils color, the flowers with Melon Mambo and Bermuda Bay, bee body Daffodil Delight
  4. Stamp the outline of the flowers with white craft ink and the outline of the bee with memento black in.
  5. Heat set the white craft ink with heat tool.
  6. Onto the 1¾ white circle stamp the bold flowers using Bermuda Bay ink, center Crushed Curry and the greeting memento black ink.
  7. Emboss the small strip of fresh fig with the Petal Pair folder using the big shot.
  8. Assemble the card Whisper white inside, fresh fig embossed strip on the right-hand side, top of card base basic Black, Fresh Fig already stamp, offset the layered circle.

This Little Piggy Thank You

Yep! “This Little Piggy” is still one of my favourite stamp sets….piggy is soooo adorable and he just makes me happy!

Measurements:

• Powder Pink: 8 1/2” x 4 1/4”- score at 5 1/2” and fold in half for card base
• Crumb Cake: 5 1/2” x 2 1/2”
• Whisper White: 5 1/2” x 2 1/4”
• Powder Pink: 5 1/2” x 2”
• Crumb Cake: 1” x 3 3/4”
• Crumb Cake: 2 3/4” x 2 3/4” for circle die
• Whisper White: 2 1/2” x 2 1/2” for circle die
• Whisper White: 2” x 2 1/2” to stamp & cut piggy

Instructions:

1. Fold Powder Pink card stock in half to create card base.
2. Adhere 5 1/2” x 2 1/2” strip of Crumb Cake card stock to front of card.
3. Adhere 5 1/2” x 2 1/4” strip of Whisper White on top of the Crumb Cake layer.
4. Run the 5 1/2” x 2” piece of Powder Pink through the Big Shot with the Petal Pair embossing die. Glue on top of the Whisper White strip.
5. Use Paper Snips to flag end of 1” x 3 3/4” strip of Crumb Cake. Tie White Organza Ribbon on opposite end and tie a knot. Glue across centre front of card.
6. Place 2 3/4” x 2 3/4” Crumb Cake card stock on magnetic platform and run through the Big Shot using the circle from Stitched Shapes Framelits dies. Glue onto card.
7. Repeat step 6, with the 2 1/2” x 2 1/2” Whisper White card stock using the circle die that is the next size down. Stamp image from “This Little Piggy” set with Basic Black ink (image will come off the top),. Colour the grass and dirt with Lemon Lime Twist and Crumb Cake ink and aqua painters. Glue Whisper White circle to centre of Crumb Cake circle. Stamp same image onto 2” x 2 1/2” Whisper White and colour with ink pads and aqua painters. Cut out the pig and place on white circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
8. Stamp “Says Thanks” image onto Powder Pink card base with Basic Black Archival ink.

Bubble Over with Happiness!

Measurements:

  • Whisper White (base): 5 ½” x 8 ½”, folded in half
  • Whisper White (layer): 4” x 5 ¼”
  • Whisper White: scraps to punch and die cut
  • Lemon Lime Twist: scrap
  • Melon Mambo: scrap
  • Peekaboo Peach: scrap
  • Basic Black (layer): 4 1/8” x 5 3/8”
  • Basic Black (greeting): ¾” x 3 5/8” 

Instructions:

  1. Adhere the Whisper White layer to the Basic Black layer.
  2. Die cut three of the large bottles using Whisper White scrap cardstock.
  3. Using a separate Sponge Dauber for each color, color in the die cut bottle, one each in Lemon Lime Twist, Melon Mambo and Peekaboo Peach. Leave a small area at the top of the bottle uninked as shown.
  4. Die cut three large bottle caps; one each in Lemon Lime Twist, Melon Mambo and Peekaboo Peach. Adhere the bottle caps to their respective colored bottle using a Glue Dot.
  5. Die cut three large bottle labels using Whisper White scrap cardstock. Adhere the labels to the center of each of the three die cut bottles.
  6. Stamp two (2) star images on Whisper White scrap cardstock; one each in Lemon Lime Twist and Peekaboo Peach. Use the ¾” Circle Punch to punch the stars. Adhere the stars using Dimensionals to their respective colored bottle label.
  7. Stamp the “yay!” greeting using Melon Mambo ink on Whisper White scrap cardstock. Stamp off one layer of ink on scratch paper to reduce the overall shade. Use the ¾” Circle Punch to punch out the greeting. Adhere the greeting to the Melon Mambo bottle label as shown.
  8. Adhere all three bottles in the center of the white layer. TIP: Start with the Melon Mambo bottle for centering purposes.
  9. Rub the Embossing Buddy over the Basic Black (greeting) cardstock. Stamp the greeting using Versamark ink pad. Immediately sprinkle with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder. Set the powder using the Heat Tool. Let cool. Adhere this piece across the front of the trio of bottles as shown.
