Measurements:

  • Card Stock: Rich Razzleberry 8 ½ “x 11”, folded in half, and 4’ x 5 1/4
  • Whisper White 3” x 3”, scrap for sentiment
  • Daffodil Delight 3 ½ ” x 3 ½”

Instructions:

  1. Score and fold the Rich Razzleberry to create the card base
  2. Run the Rich Razzleberry cardstock layer through the Big Shot with the Subtles Embossing Folder and attach to the card case with Liquid Multipurpose Glue
  3. Attach the Polka Dot Ribbon to the embossed layer in the center
  4. Run the Whisper White card stock thru the Stitched Framelets using the size of circle large enough for the image and run thru the Big Shot
  5. Run the Daffodil Delight card stock thru the Big Shot using the Layering Circle Framelits with one of the scallop edges that is bigger than the white circle
  6. Stamp the image on the white circle in Momento ink pad
  7. Color in the kitten with a blender pen and Gray Granite ink
  8. Color the rest of the image as desired using the Stampin’ Blend Markers
  9. Attach the white circle to the yellow circle with Liquid Multipurpose Glue on top of the ribbon
  10. Stamp the sentiment on Whisper White and using Paper Snips cut out the sentiment and attach to the bottom of the card with Glue Dots

The Floral Frames stamp set is so sweet and delicate.

Measurements:

  • Thick Whisper White: 4 ¼” x 11”       3 5/8” x 4 7/8” & Scraps for Flowers
  • Daffodil Delight:  3 ¾” x 5”

Instructions:

  1. Stamp Circle with leave onto the white mat in Black Memento
  2. Color in leaves and Berries with the Light Old Olive Blend and Dark Calypso Coral Blend for the Berries
  3. Stamp the sentiment in Memento Black in the center of the circle image
  4. Stamp one cluster of each flower in Black Memento
  5. Color with Pumpkin, Calypso Coral and Daffodil Delight Blends.
  6. Cut out flowers with the matching framelits
  7. Attach to the image you have stamped on the mat using Dimensionals
  8. Tie Polka Dot Ribbon around the mat and into a bow on the front of the card.
  9. Attach White stamped mat to Daffodil Mat and add to card base with Dimensionals

Kindness Changes Everything

This card uses one of my new favourite stamp sets and embossing folder, Subtle! This embossing folder add just the right amount of texture to a card without having an actual design, it literally goes with everything!!

Measurements:

  • Night of Navy Card Stock: 4-1/4” x 11”; scraps for die cutting
  • So Saffron Card Stock: 4” x 5-1/4”
  • Whisper White Card Stock : 4” x 5-1/4”
  • Crushed Curry Card Stock: scraps for die cutting
  • Shimmery White Card Stock: 1” x 4-1/4”
  • Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper:            3” x 4”, for die cutting

Instructions:

1. Score Night of Navy Card Stock at 4-1/4”, fold in half for card base
2. Use the Big Shot with the Basket Weave Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder to emboss So Saffron Card Stock and adhere to card base
3. Use the medium size label die from the Stitched Seasons Framelits to cut label from Garden Impressions Designer Paper and adhere to center of card front with Dimensionals
4. Punch one end of Shimmery White cardstock with Banner Triple Punch.
5. With banner end on the right, stamp sentiment with Night of Navy Ink
6. Adhere banner to card front with Dimensionals
7. For die cutting accent elements using floral spray die from Stitched Seasons Framelits:
– Cut one of the floral sprays from both Night of Navy and Crushed Curry Card Stocks
– Cut the stems off the Crushed Curry flower
– Adhere Night of Navy spray to banner with Liquid Glue
– Repeat with Crushed Curry stems
8. Add Basic Pearl to center of flower
9. Adhere Whisper White Card Stock to inside

Blended Season Gift Card Holder

If you are not in love with the Color Your Season Products that are only available in August, here’s another fun project to WOW you!

Measurements:

  • Sahara Sand card stock:  7” x 3-3/4” scored at 5”
  • Crushed Curry card stock: 1” x 4”
  • Wood Texture DSP: 3-3/4” x 6”
  • Copper Sheet: scrap for leaf

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut the largest label shape from the Wood Textures DSP.
  2. Fold the Sahara Sand card stock at the score line and lay the largest label shape so it just hangs off the folded edge, then cut out the shape on the Big Shot.
  3. Score the top of the Sahara Sand shape (opposite end from the fold) at 1/2”
  4. Stamp leaves and “Wishing You” sentiment on the folded end of Sahara Sand shape and “You’re the Friend” sentiment on the Crushed Curry card stock strip and the leaves on the left side of DSP using StazOn ink. Color all leaves with Watercolor Pencils and Aqua Painter (use as little water as possible so your DSP doesn’t warp too much).
  5. Cut the Crushed Curry sentiment with the largest label shape and a copper leaf framelit.
  6. Adhere Tear & Tape to the back of the folded side of the Sahara card to create a pocket for a gift card. Adhere the Wood Texture label to the top of the Sahara card (above the score line) using Tear & Tape adhesive as the front of the card.
  7. Attach “You’re the Friend” to the front of the card and copper leaf with Fine tip glue pen.
  8. Clean leaf stamp and stamp leaves on the front of the envelope using Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze ink pads.

Here’s another project using the Color Your Season Products that are only available in August, while supplies last!

Measurements:

  • Lemon Lime Twist: 11” x 4 ¼”, score at 5 ½”
  • Watercolor Paper 4 ¾” x 3 ½”
  • Bermuda Bay: 3” x 3”
  • Basic Black: 4 7/8” x 3 5/8”

Instructions:

  1. Fold the Lemon Lime Twist cardstock in half to form card base.
  2. Emboss the front of the card using the Subtles Embossing Folder.
  3. Stamp the flower image in Versamark ink, apply White Emboss Powder and heat set.
  4. Colour the flowers with Bermuda Bay ink, the leaves with Lemon Lime Twist using the Aqua Painter.
  5. Mount the coloured panel to the Basic Black Mat.
  6. Wrap the ribbon around the card and tie in a bow towards the left side.
  7. Cut out the medium square framelits from the Bermuda Bay cardstock with the Stitched Shapes Framelits die and Big Shot. Reposition the die so you add the bottom stitch line.
  8. Stamp the words on the Bermuda Bay with Versamark ink, apply White Emboss Powder and heat set.
  9. Pop up the sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  10. Add pearls to the center of the flowers.
