Cards really do mean a lot…

As some of you may know, my mom was diagnosed with lung cancer 3 1/2 years ago. It has been a very long, exhausting journey for the both of us and this past weekend she passed away peacefully in her sleep.

We knew it was coming, especially this past month, she just kept getting worse but it honestly does not make it any easier when it does happen.

This past weekend was also the Creativ Festival, so, between that and my mom…I am a bit behind. The good thing about Stampin' Up! is how flexible it can be…but honestly, working and keeping busy is good therapy for me, so please do not hesitate to ask any questions you have. (If I have not answered your email yet, I am getting to it…I promise.)

All this to say, that I don't have any creations to share so far this week, but, I received the loveliest card in the mail today from one of the amazing Inky Divas in my group, Sophia. (Thanks so much Sophia)

What a beautiful card…Sophia used Fabulous Florets on page 83…super duper pretty!

Words cannot explain the love I have felt from the many messages and the cards I have received from my Stampin' Up! family. I honestly do believe that my group and my customers are part of my support system and I am so thankful for each of you.

For my new Creativ Festival friends–I have just completed entering in the orders I received from the Creativ Festival…sorry for the extra couple of days it will take because I was behind.

We have some exciting things going on in Stampin' Up!…so, I'll point you in the right direction before I sign off:

Who wants sneak peek items??? Buy the Starter Kit now and you CAN!

TODAY is Creativ Festival Day and it's going to be a really busy day. I love meeting people, it really is a perk of my business.

This month is my 11-year anniversary, I can hardly believe it. It feels like just yesterday I decided to join up and I have never looked back. It has been an amazing journey for not only me but also for my family.

Here's a photo of me in 2002 when I got my basement ready for my first event:

This picture proves that anyone can do this…all I started with was a table and a display board! 🙂

One of the things I'm showcasing at the show is the STARTER KIT….it is an amazing deal right now…you get an extra $40. YOU PICK OUT $195 worth of products for only $125 and you get free shipping! WOW!

There are so many reasons to get the kit; and each person really does join Stampin' Up! for their OWN reason:

For the discount
To sell to friends and family
To make enough each month to pay a bill
To have an excuse to have a ladies night out
For the creative escape
To have a part time or full time job
YOU CHOOSE WHY!!!

The best part right now is that you can order RETIRING PRODUCTS, REGULAR PRODUCTS or SNEAK PEEK PRODUCTS as part of your starter kit.

Want to see the SNEAK PEEK ITEMS? Go to http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/stampingjo/jointhefun and look near the bottom on the right and you'll be able to see them!

I would love for you to be part of my Inky Divas Community of stampers across Canada. Let me know if you have any questions.

If you want to purchase the Starter Kit, CLICK HERE or contact me directly and I can get you connected up!
