Sparkly Tree

Happy Monday! This card is super sparkly and looks just like what our trees looked like this morning with our over-night snow!

Measurements:

  • Night of Navy cardstock: 4-3/4” x 3-1/2”
  • Sparkle Glimmer Paper:2-1/2” x 4″
  • Silver Metallic-Edge Ribbon: 12” 

Instructions:

  1. Rub Embossing Buddy over the Night of Navy cardstock to remove any static before stamping the sentiment in VersaMark ink
  2. Sprinkle White Stampin’ Emboss Powder over stamped image, tap off excess powder and heat emboss with the Heat Tool.
  3. Run stamped piece through the Big Shot with the Softly Falling Embossing Folder.
  4. Tie the Silver Metallic-Edge Ribbon in a bow and wrap ribbon around the Embossed cardstock securing on the back with Snail Adhesive.
  5. Attach the Night of Navy cardstock to the Silver Foil-Edged Card with Snail.
  6. Die-cut the tree from theSparkle Glimmer Paper using the In the Woods Framelits Dies
  7. With your fingernail, pull up each of the “branches” from the tree to give it more dimension.
  8. Attach tree to the card front using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals, making sure to not attach the “pulled up” branches.

Sweet, Simple & Sparkly Christmas

Here’s a sweet & sparkly card for you!

Measurements:

  • Thick Whisper White Card Stock: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” for card base
  • Real RedCard Stock: 3” x  4-1/4”
  • Mint Macaron Card Stock: ½” x 4-1/4”
  • Sparkle Glimmer Paper:4” x 4” for die cutting snowflake 

Instructions:

  1. Score Whisper White Card Stock at 4-1/4”; fold in half for card base
  2. Use the Big Shot with the Snowfall Thinlits Dies to cut the largest snowflake and one smaller snowflake from the Sparkle Glimmer
  3. Use the Big Shot with the Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder to emboss Real Red Card Stock
  4. Adhere strip of Mint Macaron Card Stock to bottom of embossed Real Red Card Stock
  5. Adhere paper strip to card base approx. ½” from top
  6. Use Liquid Glue to adhere snowflakes to Real Red Card Stock
  7. Stamp “Christmas” in lower right front with Real Red Ink
  8. Stamp “MERRY” above Christmas with Mint Macaron Ink
  9. Apply a Clear Epoxy Droplet to center of snowflake

 Instructions:

  1. Score Very Vanilla Thick Cardstock at 5 1/2″; fold to make card base.
  2. Adhere Mossy Meadow and DSP panels to card front. Tie Mossy Meadow Cotton Twine around card front.
  3. Stamp Sentiment on Crumb Cake with Memento ink. Die-cut with Layering Circle Framelit.
  4. Stamp Sentiment on Very Vanilla with Cherry Cobbler. Die-cut banner with Farmhouse Framelits.  Adhere to circle die-cut with SNAIL Adhesive.
  5. Stamp dots with Mossy Meadow all over 2” x 3” pieces of Old Olive and Mossy Meadow. Punch two sprigs from each.  Adhere to back of circle die-cut with SNAIL Adhesive.
  6. Adhere sentiment/sprig layer to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
