Just a Note Forever Forest

This card is easy and fun to make! Can you see the score marks and the glimmer on the trees?! Read the directions below to see how to make this!

DIMENSIONS

• Garden Green: 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″,  scored at 4 1/4″
• Shaded Spruce: 4″ x 5 1/4″
• Basic White: 3 3/4″ x 5″  and  7/16″ x 2 1/2″

DIRECTIONS

1. Use your trimmer to score paper 1/4″ increments starting at 1 1/2″ to 3 1/4″. Adhere the Basic White cardstock to the Shaded Spruce cardstock and then to the Garden Green card base.
2. Cut out 3 sizes of trees using the dies, 1 per each green. (Large Tree = Garden Green, Medium Tree = Granny Apple Green, Small Tree = Shaded Spruce).
   For the Granny Apple Green tree, I added cardstock big enough to cut out the tree to a piece of Foam Adhesive Sheet (Dimensional Sheet) before cutting out.
3. Cut out 2 Basic White Trees (medium and large tree dies).
4. Squeeze a bit of Wink of Stella on to a clear stamping block (or piece of plastic).
5. Press the Shaded Spruce ink on to the clear block. Pick up some Wink of Stella Glitter and mix it with the Garden Green ink. Colour some areas of the Basic White tree.
6. Repeat stamp 5 with Garden Green, then Granny Apple Green until the whole tree is coloured. (Let dry)
7. Adhere the 2 coloured trees, the Shaded Spruce and the Garden Green using the Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
8. Add the Granny Apple Green by removing the backing of the Adhesive Sheet.
9. Stamp the greeting with Shaded Spruce on the right-hand side of the cardstock.
10. Tape the end of the white Baker’s Twine to the back of the greeting layer and wrap it around 3 times, then place another piece of tape on it to secure it. Loop another piece of the Baker’s Twine through the wrapped Twine and tie in a knot. Add greeting to the card using Dimensionals.
