Congratulations Berries

I’ve really enjoyed stamping with the Eclectic Garden stamp set. The images in this set are perfect for colouring with Stampin’ Blends! Whether you like colouring or not, these stamp images are simple enough to make beautiful with just a bit of work. Click here to see card 1 using this stamp set

Dimensions

• Pool Party: 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″  and  2 1/4″ x 3 3/4″
• Designer Paper: 4″ x 5 1/4″
• Stitched Rectangle Die (Shimmery White): 2″ x 3 1/2″
• Granny Apple Green: 1/2″ x 2 1/4″

 

Directions

1. Place 2 pieces of 5″ white Baker’s Twine on top of the Designer Paper and adhere the ends to the back.
2. Take 2 pieces of white Baker’s Twine (approx 5.5″) and tie a bow around the 2 attached pieces.
3. Adhere the Designer Paper to the card base.
4. Stamp the berries and leaves on a piece of Shimmery White cardstock using Memento Black Ink. Cut it out using the 2″ x 3 1/2″ Stitched Rectangle Die.
5. Colour the image using Stampin’ Blends.
6. Use the dot stamp with Granny Apple Green ink to stamp around the berries and leaves. Tip: Stamp on the cardstock twice before re-inking to create 2 different shades of ink.
7. Adhere the Shimmery White layer to the Pool Party layer, then add to the card using Dimensionals.
8. Stamp the greeting on the Granny Apple Green cardstock using Memento Black ink. Cut the ends of the cardstock into a “V”. Use the side of Paper Snips to rough up all the edges.
9.  Put Stampin’ Seal to the left-side of the greeting layer and a Dimensional on the right-side of the layer, then add it to the card.
