• Tools – Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653); Stylish Shapes Dies (159183); Frosted Flurry Dies (159811) or Bundled (159812)
• Misc. – Multipurpose Glue (110755); Rhinestone Basic Jewels (158130); White Glittered Organdy Ribbon (156408); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430); Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals (144108); Mini Glue Dots (103683)

Measurements:

• Night of Navy Cardstock – 5 ½” x 8 ½” scored at 4 ¼”
• Thick Basic White Cardstock – scraps for circles and snowflakes and 3 ¾” x 5” for inside
• Snowflake Specialty Vellum – 3 ¾” x 5”

Instructions:

1. Attach vellum to card base with Multipurpose Glue (adding it strategically behind the flocked circles),
2. Cut three circles using the 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th to the last Stylish Shaped Dies.
3. Cut snowflakes into the circles using the Frosted Flurry Dies and attach to vellum with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
4. Stamp sentiment onto circle using Night of Navy Stamp Pad and attach to vellum with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
5. Cut two loose snowflakes, again using the Frosted Flurry Dies and attach to card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.
6. Add Rhinestone Basic Jewels to centers of Snowflakes and to vellum.
7. Make a small bow with the White Glittered Organdy Ribbon and attach to card with Mini Glue Dots.
8. Add  3 ¾” x 5” Thick Basic White cardstock to inside of card (stamp is desired).
