Measurements: 

• Card Base: Balmy Blue 8 ½” x 5 ½”
• Specialty Paper: You’re a Peach 4” x 5 ¼”
• Shimmery White: 3” x 4 ¼” Stitched Rectangle

Instructions:

1. Fold card base and adhere the designer paper layer on top.
2. Add the stamp on the Stamparatus, ink it up with Memento black ink and stamp it onto the Shimmery White cardstock. Keep inking the stamp and pressing to the cardstock until you have a nice dark black image. Let dry for a few minutes.
3. Cut out the Shimmery White cardstock using the 3” x 4 ¼” Stitched Rectangle die.
4. Colour the bottom of the cardstock using the Light Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blend marker.
5. Colour the remainder using the Light Pool Party Stampin’ Blend making sure that you do not colour inside the images.
6. Colour the images using the remainder colours of Stampin’ Blend Markers.
7. Adhere the layer to the card.
8. Add Rhinestone Jewels to the center of the wheels.
9. Stamp the dog onto a piece of Shimmery White cardstock and colour using the Cinnamon Cider Stampin’ Blend Marker. Cut out using Paper Snips and add it to the card using Mini Dimensionals.
10. Stamp the greeting using Memento Black ink onto a piece of Granny Apple Green Cardstock. Cut out each word using Paper Snips and add to the card using Mini Dimensionals.
11. Use the cloud dies from the Give It A Whirl Dies to cut out some Pool Party clouds.
12. Use a dauber to add colour to the edges of the clouds using Pool Party ink.
13. Add shimmer to the edges using Wink of Stella.
14. Adhere the largest cloud to the card. Add the 2 smaller clouds to the card using Dimensionals.
