When I made this card, I decided to make it so it can be used at any time of the year. I used neutral colours to ensure that it could easily be used for a feminine or masculine card.
Dimensions
- Soft Suede: 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
- Very Vanilla: 4″ x 5 1/4″
- Crumb Cake: 2″ x (approx) 5″
Directions
- Run the 2″ Crumb Cake through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine with the Subtle Embossing Folder. Use a sponge wedge to add some Crumb Cake ink to the cardstock. Adhere to the card on an angle and use a Paper Trimmer to cut edges that overhang the Very Vanilla Cardstock, then adhere both to the card.
- Adhere the piece from the Forever Gold Laser-Cut Specialty Paper (gold side down) to the card.
(To adhere, I placed the piece upside down and used a sponge wedge to tap on some Multipurpose Liquid Glue.) - Stamp the greeting on to a piece of Very Vanilla and punch out using a 1 1/2″ Circle Punch.
- Cut out the Stitched Circle with the die in the bundle using Soft Suede cardstock. Adhere the Very Vanilla circle to the Soft Suede circle.
- Loop a piece of ribbon in the back of the circles and tap down. Add to the card using dimensionals.
- Stamp the inside of the coffee cup with Crumb Cake ink on Crumb Cake cardstock. Stamp the outline of the cup using Soft Suede ink. Cut out using the matching die. Add the cup to the card using a dimensional.
- Place a Champagne Rhinestone Jewel to the middle of the cup. (The rhinestones come with glue dots behind them)
