Tart & Tangy

This adorable set of 4 stamps called Tart & Tangy, new in the Occassions Mini Catalogue is absolutely YUMMY!!!! I’ve seen so many samples used with this set…and it really makes me think spring is coming!!!! (It will eventually come, won’t it????)
