‘Seasonally Scattered’ Thanks!

Posted on October 10, 2014October 10, 2014 by Josee

Good Morning!

Yay Friday! I am looking forward to the weekend!  This weekend is a weekend of giving thanks. I do have a lot to be thankful for and I am especially thankful for you, my customers and readers! Happy Thanksgiving! I truly hope you get to fully enjoy this weekend.

Here is a quick but beautiful card that says it all! Thanks!

seasonally scattered thanks

I love the muted fall colours on this card. Seems like a perfect card for this upcoming weekend 🙂 plus, this card uses a fun baby wipe technique!

Measurements:

Cajun Craze card base 4-1/4” x 11”, scored at 5 1/2”

Vanilla Tag: 10-1/2 X 2”, scored at 5-1/4”

Designer Series Paper: 4 X 2”

Instructions:

1.  Emboss the front of the Cajun Craze card stock with the Woodgrain Embossing folder.

2. Adhere the Color Me Autumn DSP to the front right side of the card.  Adhere the ¼” strip of Gold Glimmer paper right next to the DSP.

3. Make your baby wipe ink pad by squirting the three ink refills over the center of the baby wipe keeping the colors separated.   Ink your “Thanks” stamp on the baby wipe ink pad by tapping on it several times in the same area not to muddy the colors.  Stamp onto the left side of the 10-1/2 X 2” piece of Very Vanilla card stock.  Punch end with Scallop Tag Topper Punch.  Flip tag over and stamp the “Is there no limit to your Awesomeness” stamp from the Big News stamp set on the inside left panel.  Adhere folded tag to the inside of the card and fold it around the front to make a flap.

4. Adhere the Mossy Meadow circle to the front flap

5. Place Gold Satin Ribbon through the slot on the tag and tie the Gold Baker’s Twin around the ribbon to secure.

Have a wonderful weekend!!!
