I’d like to improve my blog and am looking for some suggestions and comments on:
What makes you go back to read a stamping blog?
What kind of features do you like? (Eg. guest bloggers, challenges, etc)
What kind of theme days do you like? Or do you like them at all?
What would you suggest I do differently on my blog?
I’m open to amy suggestions! Anyone who posts a comment by Friday May 9th at noon will get a chance to win a special hand-stamped gift from me!
Thanks for taking time to help me improve my blog!
Have a great day! Josee
I love your Blog. The tutorials in particular have really helped me. I am merely a fledgling stamper who makes when I can. If you could add recipes for simple cards and then different ways to individualize them. A simple layered card but then you could add a slit punch or a brad or ribbon. I would be inspired by that. I also love your kits and the fact that you are in Canada, has got me thinking about ordering from you even though i order locally from a demonstrater here. I can’t always get to her house so that is why I like blogs. I like to see what others are doing and hope that they inspire me.
Keep it up ! Thanks for the opportunity
Love to visit blogs again and again, to see the new and intersting stuff that is out ther. Love to see tutorials, and a different design everyday. I always visit your blog to see what you have created lately. Seeing other’s work is always inspiring to me!! Keep up the great blog.

Josee, I enjoy your blog. Crisp and well organized. One thing I would like to see would be links to blogs and websites of members of the INKcredible Canadians members. I also love Carolyn’s (comment above) suggestion of a simple design that would be lovely on it’s own, but then include suggestions to enhance it. When I was first introduced to stamping many years ago by a friend that is what she did for me. She would show me the steps to make a fairly basic card and then how to make the same card fantastic by adding layers, ribbons, embellishments.
Thanks
1, What makes you go back to read a stamping blog?
If the cards are inspiring to me
2, What kind of features do you like? (Eg. guest bloggers, challenges, etc)
I like sketches
3, What kind of theme days do you like? Or do you like them at all?
I like them all
4, What would you suggest I do differently on my blog?
I like what you have right now (long time lurker, first time poster)
I check your blog daily, usually looking for samples of your work for inspiration. I would love it if you could post a card or project daily but I realize that is a little unrealistic since you’re busy working mom. Keep up the good work…I love your blog!
The style of the projects is the key. I blog surf a lot and what makes me bookmark a site is whether I like the individuals style. It’s also nice when bloggers post often so I have something new to look at everyday. And I love learning new techniques!
I like looking at your samples and even enjoy checking out the other blogs you suggest! I really liked the card kit you offered (family fun?) and hope you offer kits again. I was too late to get that one.
I love a blog that has a new card in every (or almost every) entry. I like to see what kinds of ideas people have and get colour combination ideas from the cards. I also like it when the blog is updated frequently (every 2 days or so). I like how your blog has so much information on it, but sometimes I don’t know where to look for something because it is so busy on the sides.
I am new to your site! First off, I love that I’ve finally found a Canadian SU site!
I visit blogs to see different card samples. I tend to frequent those blogs where new posts are created daily (but honestly I check all of them daily). I really find tutorials inspiring!
Thanks and I look forward to seeing more of your work!
Hi Josee – Long time no talk!! Personally I’m jealous of people with blogs and appreciate how much time they take. However I think it can be a real asset to your business …….. including cards, 3D items, tutorials and links to other blogs is something that interests me. In keeping with my style of stamping, I seem to gravitate to sites with clean, simple cards and sites that include sketch ideas.
Take care …….. Nancy
