Kim Read used the Cool Treats stamp set along with the Frozen Treats Framelits Dies, Stitched Shape Framelits and Delicate White Doilies to make this wonderful envelope card. Love the pearls on the top of the ice cream cones too. So cute!
You're Sweet Faux Embossed Card
This card by Jill Hilliard looks great with the ice cream cones in the background that look embossed but are Whisper White cardstock die cuts on a Whisper White background.
Happy Birthday Washi Tape Card
