Today's card is a simple, stamped one layer card using the Sharing Sweet Thoughts stamp set from Stampin' Up's NEW 2017-2018 Annual Catalogue. I just love the look of the half embossed card front and it really makes for an easy to put together card.
How To Make This Hand Stamped Card:
All you need to make this card is some Thick Very Vanilla cardstock, cut and scored for your card size. I ran the bottom half of the cardfront in the Big Shot in the Layered Leaves 3D Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
Then, with Basic Black ink, stamp the branches and butterflies from the Sharing Sweet Thoughts stamp set. Color in the images using an Aqua Painter and ink pads. I used Crushed Curry, Tranquil Tide and Chocolate Chip ink.
With Tear & Tape Adhesive, adhere the Tranquil Tide 1/2" Finely Woven Ribbon to the top of the embossed section.
Stamp the greeting from the Sharing Sweet Thoughts stamp set on a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and punch it out using the Classic Label punch. Use a few Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere it to the cardfront.
Finally, add a few Crushed Curry colored Glitter Enamel Dots to finish off the card.
