Hand Stamped Cards with Josee Smuck-Stampin' Up! Canada Demonstrator

Good Morning! Happy Friday! 

Today I want to share this pretty in pink card, using Birthday Blooms. 

I started this card with a Melon Mambo card base. Then the flower was stamped with Versmark on the Blushing Bride layer several times to create a background. Then, stamped again once on Whisper White and then heat embossed with Silver Stampin' Emboss powder. Then the flower was coloured in using Stampin' Write markers- Blushing Bride, Melon Mambo and Pear Pizzazz.  The sentiment was stamped in Melon Mambo ink. 

I adhered the two layers together and wrapped some Silver Metallic Thread around them both- then adhered them to the card base. 

The bottom of the card base was stamped in Whisper White ink using the little heart border stamp from the Birthday Blooms stamp set and then some Rhinestones Basics were added to add some bling.

Hello!  

Before I show you today's card, if you are in the Ottawa area, make sure you book your spot for my next card class!! Click on the photo for all the details! Today's card uses one of the stamp sets we will be using in the February Card Class- Flowering Fields- a Sale-A-Bration freebie!! 

This card started with the Calypso Coral base that coordinates with the Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper. I used the Curvy Corner Trio Punch to punch the Designer Series Paper on the corners and the ribbon slits and adhered them to the card base, off-set as you can see in the photo.  I used the Banner Triple Punch to punch the end of a strip of the Wildflower Fields paper. 

I then stamped the flower and coloured it with Stampin' Write Markers and then stamped the sentiment from Perfect Pairings (also a Sale-A-Bration freebie!). I used the Curvy Corner Trio Punch to trim the corners. I used the Gold Wink of Stella pen to add some gold around the edges of the stamped piece. 

To finish off the card, I added a piece of White Cotton Ribbon through the ribbon slits and tied it up.

Hello!  

Today I've got a super cute card to show you. I think any card made with this chick from Honeycomb Happiness will be cute no matter what you do with it, but I totally LOVE it with the Honeycomb Embellishments. 

It really is a rather simple card- the chick was stamped and then watercolored (Tip: Make sure the ink is dry! As you might have noticed, I didn't!) and then I used the Curvy Corner Trio Punch to punch the corners of the Whisper White layer.  The Old Olive layer was run through the Big Shot in the Woodgrain Embossing Folder with the corners having been cut with the Curvy Corner Trio Punch. To finish off the card, I tied a piece of Linen Thread around it and added an Iced Rhinestone Embellishment with a Glue Dot. After adhering all the layer on, I added the final touch of the Honeycomb Embellishments- which are so easy to add on as they are self adhesive.
