I most often send “just because” or “thinking of you” cards because I know how special it is to slow down for a moment and know that someone thought enough of you to go through all the work to mail you a card. Now, when it is a handmade card, the thoughtfulness increases exponentially.
Hey! The type of cards that I tend to send are birthday and congratulations. I have such a large family and numerous friends that there is constantly a birthday, anniversary, wedding and new babies around!!!
My husband has a HUGE family and I’m always sending birthday, anniversary(we even had a 50th), wedding and new baby wishes. Thank you for all your inspiration for the cards I send.
Birthday cards! I have a large family and it seems like the cards are always flying out of my stash.
i love making any cards… but i think i do prefer making little gift tags and gift boxes. (I am just starting with card making)
I love to give away homemade treats and so the die cut boxes are fabulous for that (and the different punches for tags.)
I send out a lot of birthday and thinking of you cards to friends and family. I also send out cards for all the different holidays throughout the year.
Great giveaway!
I’m just starting to count and track my creations. I think it will be a tie between birthdays and Christmas!
Its a tie between Birthday and Thinking of you!!
Birthday Cards always seem to be popular cards to send out in my family!
My friends, family and teachers love receiving all the holiday and thank you cards I create with Stampin Up products. They say it is much more personal and it makes them feel special because of the time and thought put in to create a personalized card for them rather than a store bought card!!
Thank you Josee, Stampin Up and all the creative people out there.

I am forever making Birthday cards; I can never seem to have enough on hand. Unfortunately I need to concentrate on the masculine cards for awhile… I am so in love with “Pink Pirouette” right now that I’ve been making a lot of feminine cards lately. Thanks for the wonderful ideas! I love your site!
I would have to say that I send out Birthday day cards the most normally. But since I had a baby on March 5th I have sent out 120 baby thank you cards.
I would have to say Thank you cards. I make a point of always sending thank you’s out for birthday presents received etc. With two kids, that’s a lot of thank you’s.
I think it’s great that people turn towards crafting in times like this. I’ve always found it more fun to purchase gifts from craft shows because of the upbeat atmosphere and the tremendous amounts of individuality and creativity shown by all.
Reading this post also made me appreciate my desire to be crafty for when I do have children. I’ll have a hobby that I will be able to share with my kids too!
Oh I forgot to mention, I mostly create birthday and special occasion cards – I’m gearing up for Mother’s Day right now!
I send mostly birthday cards and thinking of you. I keep a few sympathy cards on hand for when needed.
I send lots of birthday cards–I have a big family and love to remember them all. Thanks for the chance to win.
I love to make wedding cards and wedding invites. You can be so fancy with what you can do with just one set of stamps!
Well, most of the time it’s Birthday cards, but lately i’ve been sending Sympathy cards. 🙁
I think I’ll have to go with the crowd and say Birthday Cards!!
I usually send out birthday cards but as I age so does everyone else and so sympathy cards would probably be next on the list.
I know that I send out tons of “Birthday” cards, for all ages!! I enjoy creating them and I know friends and family really enjoy recieving them! :0)
Hi Josee, thanks for the chance for this giveaway 🙂 I send lots of Birthday cards. I have alot of SU demo friends that I send cards to for their birthdays, not to mention family birthdays too. Thanks for the fantastic inspiration you give
Hi there…
I sent out mostly birthday cards.
Thanks,
Joanne
By far and away Birthday Cards. A close second would be baby arrival cards, where I always make a card with the baby’s name on the front.
Have a great day,
Natasha
