Upcycled paper napkin flowers- Project & Video

It's Stampin' Girls Gone Wild Wednesday and today is Connie's turn! I love Wednesdays, don't you? Today I have a really fun upcycle project for you and I think you're really going to like this – upcycled paper napkin flowers!

I have a confession to make… I am a paper napkin snob. I HATE those sandpaper napkins that fast food restaurants shove down into my bag. I typically have tossed them in the trash but I really hate adding anything else to my local landfill.

Today, I am going to share with you how to turn those ugly napkins into a beautiful flowers. It's SO easy with the Blossom Party Big Shot die (or any flower die for that matter)!

Stampin’ Up! Happy Day by Kyla

My daughter, Kyla really has been stamping up a storm lately, so, today she is featured again on my blog. She created a card using the "Happy Day" stamp set.

My Inky Divas group have a weekly stamping challenge on our exclusive facebook group and Kyla wanted to play along.

Here's the sketch she followed:
The requirements were:
– One new punch or framelet die cut
– One new color, either in card stock or in ink
– Current or new stamp set.

My kids are off school and when the TV is off, magic seems to happen! My 13 year old daughter, Kyla, has been having fun coming up with some really cute cards. Since I've been with Stampin' Up! for 11 years, she really has grown up a stamper and she amazes me at how creative she is.

She loves to design cards and is having fun using our new products. She sometimes looks at other cards for inspiration, but, she loves to come up with her own designs.
