Bowling Party Invitation

Posted on March 20, 2012 by Josee

Hi Friends…today is a crazy busy day. I just finished off my stamp set of the month mail out and still have to get them all to the post office.

I've decided that this weekend we will have Hailey's birthday party so I had to call around for a location as we are still staying with family. We will be having it at Visions bowling alley in Carleton Place, so of course that means getting on My digital Studio to create an invite- fun, fun, fun!!! I found an idea online and then created something similar with MDS- easy peasy! I think it turned out really cute, what do you think?!

Next I'm starting to get ready for my Welcome Back Card Party I'm having on Saturday…if you haven't signed up yet and are from Ottawa…hurry, hurry, hurry as I need to know my final numbers by Thursday! Did I mention it's FREE for customers???

Tea for Two by Terri Mills

Happy March Break….I have to say that I'm really enjoying this lovely weather and how the snow has been melting! I love spring, it's such a happy time of renewal. Now that we are back in Ottawa, it really does feel like a renawal for our family.

As of Friday last week, we are official house owners….well, we aren't in it yet…we get to move in on May 8th, but I am super excited! The fun part is that we get back from our Stampin' Up! disney trip on May 6th and basically get to move right into our house. It was quite stressful the day we put in the offer as we didn't know if the sellers were going to accept it and it seemed like it took forever…but, I'm so thankful that it all worked out.

This card speaks to me in so many ways…the details are great and the fact that I'm a tea drinker makes me love it even more!

Stampin’ Up! Video Tutorial: Quilling Technique

Posted on March 9, 2012 by Josee

Hi friends! Today is a stressful day…we put in an offer on an AMAZING house and now we are waiting to hear back if we get it. We should know in a couple of hours. There's a possibility that another offer is coming in today too…so, I'm really praying hard that it doesn't!! I'm completely stressed!!!

Today, I have a great video to show you by Shannon West, from Stampin' Up!

"Give some dimension to your next papercrafting project using the quilling technique! The supplies are minimal, but the end result really turns some heads."

Shannon used the Everyday Enchantment paper from the Sale-A-Bration brochure that you can pick FREE when you place a $60 order through my online store.

2 each of 6 double-sided designs 12" x 12" designer paper. Coordinating colours are: Lucky Limeade, Pool Party, Peach Parfait, Calypso Coral, Poppy Parade, Very Vanilla, and Soft Suede.
