Last week, I had such a great time with my family at Camp Iawah in Westport during family camp. This was our 6th year attending and now that the kids are getting older…the best year yet! My older two kid’s had much more freedom and loved being able to play with their friends. We did archery, knee-boarding, playing at the beach, canoeing, singing by the camp fire, rock climbing and more! PLUS we got fed like Kings and Queens…what could be better than that?!?!?!
My only regret is that once again I wasn’t able to attend Stampin’ Up!’s yearly convention. I got to see all the news and pictures I could online and it sounds like the ladies had a blast!
I heard from some demonstrators and my SAM (service account manager) late Thursday night after the Awards Ceremony that I earned #8 Demonstrator of the Year for Canada! I’m so excited to once again get to go to the Founder’s Circle Trip for the top demo’s. This year, we will be going to St. George, Utah for a fabulous 5 day all-expenses paid holiday! I’m really looking forward to it!
I want to thank all of my fabulous customers and demonstrators who have helped me achieve this award! THANKS SO MUCH!
I also found out that one of the demonstrator’s in my group, Nancy Gauthier was awarded the #2 Demonstrator of the Year. She had an awesome year and is an amazing demonstrator who offers tons of support to her customers and demonstrators! She is truly an inspiration! PLUS to add to her excitement… she also found out that she is 30 weeks pregnant…can you believe she didn’t know until a couple of weeks ago. After years of being told she couldn’t conceive, she was given this wonderful surprise! (if you can read french, you can find her story here) CONGRATS NANCY!
Here’s a photo of Nancy & I working on our make and take’s at last year’s Founder’s Circle Trip!
you already know how excited I am that you’re going again — can’t wait to meet up in VEGAS, baby!!!!!
OMG, that’s crazy about your friend! Can you imagine, being told that you have to prepare physically and mentally for a baby in 1-1½ month?? Wow – congrats though 🙂 To her, and you!!
And I looked at Camp Iawha too – but we didn’t go to the family day this week since Ariana is so young. We do plan on going next year, so it’s great to hear that they are great! Can you camp too on site??
