MEASUREMENTS 

• Bubble Path(card base): 5-1/2” X 8-1/2” scored at 4 ½”
• Lemon Lime Twist (mat): 3 3/8” x 4 7/8”
• Basic White (circle): 2 ¾” x 2 ¾”
• Bright & Beautiful DSP: 3 ¼” x 4 ¾”
• Bright & Beautiful DSP (envelope flap): 2 ½” x 5 ¾”

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Score the Bubble Bath Cardstock at 4 ¼” and fold on the score mark to create your card base.
2. Glue the DSP to the Lemon Lime Twist mat.
3. Wrap the white twine around the middle of the DSP several times and tie in a bow on the left side.
4. Punch a 2 3/8” circle from the Basic White using the Sayings Circle punch.
5. Stamp “celebrate” image in Boho Blue on the circle.
6. Stamp the cupcake in the middle in Memento Black ink.
7. Colour the cupcake with Boho Blue, Lemon Lolly and Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blends and add Wink of Stella to the icing.
8. Pop up the circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
9. Add rhinestones to the circle.
10. Decorate the envelope flap with the DSP.
