Sneak Peek: We Have to Celebrate

Here’s another preview of products coming in the new 2022 Mini Catalogue in January.

For this card, I used the new Butterflies & Flowers Layering Decorative Masks coming out in the January to June 2022 Mini Catalogue. There are 6 different masks and they are beautiful to use with either ink or Embossing Paste.

Directions

1. Place the mask on top of the Shimmery White Cardstock, then use the Blending Brush to pick up ink from the Blushing Bride ink pad. Blend the ink in a circular motion on top of the mask. Wipe the mask with a soft cloth between applications so that excess ink does not get on to the white space on the cardstock. (Tip: press firmly on the mask to make sure it doesn’t move or use Washi Tape to keep it into place.)
2. Rinse off or wipe off the mask, then place the layer of the flower on top of the flower and use the Polished Pink ink to add the detail. Adhere the layers together.
3.  Stamp the greeting on a piece of Shimmery White cardstock using the Polished Pink ink pad.
4. Cut out the greeting using the 2 1/4″ tag die from the Hippos & Friends Dies while making sure that the greeting is close to the right hand side. Use the slit die to cut out the left side of the tag.
5. Colour the Crinkled Ribbon using the Dark Polished Pink Stampin’ Blend. Loop the ribbon through the slit on the tag. Add the white Baker’s Twine by tying a double knot around the pink ribbon. Add the tag to the card using Dimensionals.
6. Add Rhinestones to the middle of the multi-coloured flowers.
