Tulip Thank You

I cannot wait until I see some tulips come up. I know that flowers need rain, but, I am looking forward to the warmer, sunnier weather! 🙂 This card uses 2-step stamping to create the bulbs. To get the lighter colour, I stamped on scrap paper before stamping on the card layer.

I coloured the white Baker’s Twine with the Dark Blackberry Bliss Stampin’ Blends marker.
