Christmas Greetings
Happy 2012 and some Christmas Digital Scrapbook Pages
Happy 2012 friends! I just can't believe how quickly time 2011 seemed to go. Yesterday we played board games with the kids and then went and watched the fireworks at the Forks in Winnipeg. The kids went to bed around 10:30 and Dave & I ended up staying up and chatting till past midnight. It was a nice quiet day with my family.
I've been working on some Christmas pages for 2011 and thought I'd share a few today.

For the belt on this page, I used different punches, filled them with colours and then used eyelets for the holes. The letters were done using Alphabet Soup Punches…I love how you can add any patterned paper to "fill" them.

Merry Christmas Candle
Tomorrow, I leave for the Stampin' Up! Founders Circle Achievers Trip. I look so forward to this trip every year, as I get to spend time with over 100 amazing ladies…just relaxing and being pampered. A really exciting part this year for me is that there are 5 of my team members who earned this trip along with me! How cool is that?!
After the Founders Circle part of my trip, I will be staying for an extra few days for the Advisory Board Trip. I cannot wait to get to know the 7 amazing ladies that were also chosen this year to be on the Advisory Board. I am just so excited to see what Stampin' Up! has in store for us!
I've left a detailed schedule for my hubby for the week…and here's hoping that he'll actually look at it…lol. I don't normally leave my family for this long…so, I'm extra nervous for this one. I figure they'll all survive, so I'm just going to make myself relax about it.
Today's project is to show you how you can start with a simple candle and make something really amazing! SAFETY WARNING FROM JOSEE:
Remember to be careful not to light it with the paper on though as you don't want it to catch on fire…but, it's adorable to decorate! Some people have burned down the candle enough so they can put a tea light in it and then it would be safer. Make sense?

Merry Christmas everyone!
I can't believe it's Christmas Eve..such a wonderful time of year. I can't wait to see the kids faces in the morning and to celebrate the birth of Jesus. This year will be a bit different for us as we normally spend Christmas with family…it's sad to not be able to do that this year. Thankfully, we've been invited to Christmas dinner at one of my neighbours' house. Thanks Amanda…we're so looking forward to it.
I still have a bit of wrapping to do, have to pick up one gift and have some baking to do…but, otherwise, I'm feeling pretty good.
This year I sent out alot of cards, so, I decided to use My Digital Studio to create my card and then printed it at a photolab. Here's what I made:

I was really happy with it!
Well I better be off…enjoy the holidays and I'll be back after Christmas!
Hugs, Josee
