More about Founder’s….
I just can’t get over how perfect our week in St. George was. The weather was absolutely perfect and I had such a fabulous time!
Here are some hightlights:
Unlimited candy in the Hospitality Room. We were able to come in anytime and fill up the adorable little silver buckets with any type of candy we wanted. I’m all about the "Jelly Bellies"! This room was also used as a room to sit, relax and chat; for make and take’s and for the Pyjama Party and Business Share! 
On our first full day, a bunch of us took part in an AWESOME Jeep tour! It was so beautiful and I was excited to get some great pictures. (Amy Celona, Stacie Clark, Michelle Weinmann, Michelle Rahal, Julie Salva, Joann Wiemers, Dawn Raspas, Me and Georgia Giguere)

At the Pyjama Party/Business Share we were treated to some Root Beer floats and some yummy snacks!
We visited the Kanab Manufacturing Plant where we got to meet the wonderful staff who create and package the stamps! We got a chance jump in and cut and package some stamps-it was alot of fun to see how they’re made. Here’s a photo of Shelli Gardner and I.
We attended Huckleberry Finn, a spectacular outdoor show at Tuacahn. I also met a new friend on the bus ride there…Hi Missy!
Here’s a photo of all the Canadians who earned this Incentive Trip. This photo was taken at a Golf Course where we got to watch an outdoor movie. Here’s a fun tid-bit: This is the location that High School Musical was filmed.

At the Movie Night, Stampin’ Up! had pizza’s, drinks, popcorn and candy… all with lovely banners made with our Big Shot and some of our Designer Series Paper. Just as the movie started and the sun went down…the BATS CAME OUT! They were flying around us for about 20 minutes! Yikes!
Well, I could go on and on about Founder’s Circle Trip…but, I’ll just finish by saying: "BEING A DEMONSTRATOR IS AWESOME!" I have truly been blessed with a great business that has not only benefited my family financially, but, has also brought me friends all over the world!

Celebrating my Team!!!
I know as a Mom, I always feel like MY kids are the BEST!!!! We’ll it’s the same thing for my TEAM!!! They really are the best team I could have asked for! They are an amazing bunch of caring ladies who love to share their great ideas, their goals, and even sometimes their worries! My team is called "INKredible Canadian Stampers" and they really are INKredible!!!
Each year at the Stampin’ Up! convention, they celebrate the top Demonstrators! I decided a few years back…I should do the same just for my group and host my own Award Night! As part of my yearly incentive plan, I send each of my INKredible ladies ribbons for selling over $10,000 in yearly sales, and for being in the Top 10 in Recruiting or Top 20 in sales! My Top 20 sellers also get a certificate for their wall!

We just had our Awards Night last week and each person in attendance who received an award also got a rose to bring home! (Of course, this isn’t everyone who gets an award…the rest of the ladies will receive their certificates and ribbons in the mail! We had a fun night of stamping lots of projects and of course some yummy food to share! We always have a share table at our meetings, here are some of the great items that were brought to share! (Sorry, no names-I can’t remember who brought what-if this is yours, let me know and I can add your name).
We had a fabulous time this year, the only bad part is that not everyone who earned an award was able to attend!

So much excitement I don’t know where to start…
First, I have to say…please be patient with me-I will get back to regularly posting samples, techniques, tutorials, etc…but, with the end of summer and *gasp* back to school in a few weeks we’ve been enjoying some family time the past couple of weeks. I already mentionned we attended Camp Iawah a couple of weeks ago for a family camp. We cam home for a few days then left again for Montreal, Quebec to enjoy the Biodome, Old Montreal and La Ronde with the kids. We got back late Saturday night and had to drive my oldest daughter back to Camp Iawah on Sunday for a 3 night girls camp. I can hardly believe my 8 year old is at a sleep away camp. Yikes, time goes fast!
All this fun is right in the middle of an upcoming catalogue (which is NOW HERE), new specials and promotions and product lines to get used to! So, in short…it’s an overwhelming amount of stuff to keep up with. 
I’m going to do my best to tell you most of it now though!
