Happy Valentine’s Day my friends!

My hubby and I went out for a special lunch yesterday to celebrate Valentine's together…special means NO KIDS!!! You know what I mean, right?!

Today, we had full intentions on sending the kids to school, decorating and putting together a special dinner for them with steak- yum, yum…their favourite…HOWEVER, Mother Nature decided to make it so windy that they cancelled the country buses which means our school closes. Uggghh…so much for those plans!

We'll have to send them to play downstairs and be sneaky, I guess!

Today's card is super simple, but, not too frilly so perfect for a man. 🙂

Happy Tuesday friends! Hope you are all surviving this long winter…at least it feels long to me! lol

I think this card is fitting to how I feel about winter, See Ya Later Alligator. 😉

It has been fun though watching the olympics, I have to admit we haven't watched all of it, but, have been paying attention to the metals that have been won! Yeah Canada! 4 Gold, 3 Silver and 2 Bronze is not too shabby…it's nice to be in the lead…keep it up!

Today's card uses the Sale-A-Bration stamp set See Ya Later and I think this alligator is super cute!

Happy Friday friends…I just don't know where the time goes. My life is zooming, but, in a good way! I am truly excited for 2014!

SG Wed Freebie 350 Hello my friends…I'm super excited to show you this great project using our new super duper fancy Stampin' Up! Fringe Scissors. Last weekend, I hosted my Mega Stamp Day and we had an exciting demonstration on how to make these flowers and I just knew it would perfect for today's video.

Thanks to Kerri Rousson, one of my amazing Inky Divas Team Member, for showing it to us!

These fringe flowers look great on a card…but would be wonderful on a gift box too! Of course, it wouldn't be the easiest card to mail…but a perfect and unique card to give to someone! I have to admit…I'm so ready for Spring and more and more am making cards that remind me of Spring! I've also used the "People Like You" stamp wich comes as a single wood stamp. I've used this stamp set a lot so far and it is quite versatile. Ready for the video?
