Olivia created these 2 elegant cards using the Cerise Decorative paper found on page 172 of the catalogue. She heat embossed the accents in the middle using Silver Embossing Powder and punched them out using circle punches which created the perfect accents for her cards.
I love the fact that Olivia was able to create 2 wonderful cards mainly using decorative paper and very little stamping!
Today’s featured cards were created by Keri at one of my open stamp nights.
Doesn’t this baby card just scream CUTE?!
You can tell that Keri loves to colour, she did such a great job colouring all of these cards!
Don’t you find it hard to find masculine card ideas?? Keri has made the perfect card to give to your husband, father, etc.
Thanks so much for sharing Keri! Feel free to leave Keri a comment and let her know how much you like her cards!
Ok…this isn’t the only thing….but, I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the free stuff!!! We found out recently that all the demonstrators will be receiving a free stamp set called Time Well Spent! It’s going to be a level 3 hostess stamp set out of the Spring-Summer Collection 2008 Catalogue.
Some of the ladies have begun to receive them already and I have to tell you………the samples are AWESOME!!! I’ll be sure to share some when I get mine!
Did you know that Stampin’ Up! Canada started about 5 1/2 years ago?? Amazing how time flies…and I can honestly say…they just keep getting better!
While we’re on memory lane….here’s a picture of my stamping room when I first started with SU in April 2002.
I was so proud and of course still am!!!
If you haven’t seen my stamp room…I’ll take some photo’s to show you how much it’s changed & post them soon!
Have a very happy RUBBER STAMPING day!!! Josee
Here are 2 great cards shared by Tania!
I especially liked how Tania used the Stampin’ Spots to created this neat background on the sample above!
She said she used 4 different colours of blue to created this unique look! Such a great idea for using our ink spots in different ways!
Thanks for sharing Tania!
Here is a picture of one of the projects we made at Stamp club this month! Each stamper got to choose her own decorative paper to create her circle purse, so they all looked different. It was fun to see how cute each purse turned out with different designs!
One of my club members mentionned how great these would be for a birthday party idea as a loot bag. Wouldn’t it be cute with a fun “girly” paper!? I think all girls LOVE purses!!!
Did you know you can try out Stamp Club as my guest? I have one guest spot open for November 14th, let me know if you’d like to attend.
