Measurements:
- Whisper White Card Stock: 4” x 5¼”; 2¾” x 5½”
- Melon Mambo Card Stock: 4¼” x 11”; 3” x 4¼”; 1” x 3” scrap
- Garden Impressions DSP: 3¾” x 5”
- Basic Black Baker’s Twine: about 12”
Instructions:
- Stamp skirt and legs toward the bottom of the small Whisper White with Memento Ink; stamp balloons.
- Color image with blends.
- Put stamped image into trimmer with the bottom lined up at 4”; trim the top to the edge of the balloons; fussy cut around the balloons.
- Layer Melon Mambo, Whisper White, and DSP.
- Adhere stamped piece to Melon Mambo; adhere to card base with dimensionals.
- Stamp sentiment on Melon Mambo scrap with Memento Ink; punch with Classic Label punch.
- Adhere sentiment to card; add rhinestones to each end.
- Tie double bow and adhere to card with mini glue dot.
