Mickey Mouse…here I come!

Posted on March 18, 2011November 21, 2020 by Josee

I love my job…as of today, I have earned a FREE TRIP TO DISNEY FOR 2 courtesy of Stampin’ Up!

We’ll be staying at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort right in Disney!!! Of course, we will bring our kids and the timing is PERFECT for our family! My youngest will be 5 and my oldest will be 11…so, I really think everyone will LOVE it!

I think that I’ll be the biggest kid of all though…the idea of going to Disney excites me so much…the rides, the characters, the castle, the excitement my kids will feel…I can hardly wait!

To celebrate, I thought I’d have a BLOG CANDY GIVE-AWAY!

Anyone who leaves me a message on this post will have a chance to WIN:

A package of Vintage Flowers + a package of Vanilla Rosettes + a package of Trinket Crowns!

In your comments, I’d love to hear tips on how to make the best of Disney or just a congrats if you’ve never been there! I’ll pick a random winner of Monday March 21st.

Thanks to all my wonderful customers and downline…you all make my job GREAT!!!

Congratulations on winning Disney! I went 9 years ago, before I had kids, and had a blast. I travelled with a 13 and 10 year old. What fun! Disney has buses that will take you from your hotel to any Disney location. Just wait at the stop until the bus with the locaitno you want shows up. Same thing for returning to your hotel. No hassle! Animal Kingdom was my favourite. Oh and each park has a parade and fireworks, different nights of the week. There is so much to do! Don't forget a character breakfast! You could be dining with your favourite character! have fun!

Congratulations on the trip – you will have a blast and your kids are the perfect age.
I highly recommend the Animal Kingdom, be sure to have your camera ready for some amazing photo opportunities.
Look forward to hearing of your adventures!!

    Congrats!
Get your button. The first thing you will want to do during your first visit to Disney is to get your very own special button. The "First Visit" button is given out free to all guests who are enjoying their first Disney.  You can pick up your button at City Hall. Make sure to let everyone know this is your first visit by wearing your new button everywhere you go throughout your vacation.
We did this on our kids first trip and they got a little extra attention from some of the people working at the park.

Make sure to bring rain jackets. When we went it seemed to rain for about 40 mins every afternoon. Everyone would leave and we would wait it out and then the lines would be very short.
    Enjoy!

CONGRATULATIONS!  You will absolutely love Disney.  We took our boys when they were 8 and 11 and it was a blast!  I took tons of pictures to scrapbook and made each of the boys an autograph scrapbook with the photos of them and the Disney characters.  Congratulations again.

I have some friends who just got back from Disney and they hired a guide while they were there.  They felt like it was money well spent.  She planned their adventure based on what they wanted to see.  She got them into some backstage areas and special "meet and greets."  While they were riding one ride, she would go ahead and get them fast passes to the next ride.  Even just for a day or two you might investigate this option!  Congratulations, and have a great time!

Congratulations on earning the Disney Trip!  My family went to Disney a couple years ago and we all really enjoyed it.  I suggest NOT going during Christmas break though, it was PACKED with people and it was hard to move around the parks.

Enjoy your trip DisneyWorld is a great place.  I would advise getting a Disney trip guide before you go.  There is lots to know.  Pack snacks and drinks into the park.  Food prices are insane in DisneyWorld.

    Congrats!!  🙂
Disney is one of my favorite places!!  My advice is try to ride the rides during parades, way shorter lines!!  🙂  Oh and if you can – look into the meal plans.  Saves a ton of money and you can eat at some of the fun resturants while you are there!!  🙂  Have a great time!!!

Congrats Josée! You'll have lots of fun with your family, get the guide's ahead of time to see what you want to do, get the fast passes and  the park hopper paln and meal plans, also  take advantage of the magic hours for the guests of Disney resorts, well worth it!
Enjoy your time, and get lots of rest before and wear comfortable waking shoes, because you'll need them!
