Friday was the last day and 2 of my highlights from today were the Advisory Board Luncheon and a nice boat tour with some friends in the evening.

Leadership Welcome Session

Happy Thursday!!

Sale-A-Bration is going strong so far…I've had a ton of feedback on how great the offering is this year! If you haven't checked out the brochure yet…make sure you check it out!

Last Thursday, we had our Welcome Session and as always it becomes quite the party!!!

The theme of this Leadership was "My Way" and I really loved hearing so many different ways that you can run your business and that as demonstrators we can have the opportunity to pick "HOW" we want to run our business. We learned about classes, stamp clubs, meetings, fundraisers, etc. It really got me inspired and I have tons of "golden nuggets" that I know will help my business!

We also celebrated with demonstrators who achieved a promotion this past year, they all got to walk across stage while we clapped for them!

AND then we got to see the "happy dance" that some of the Stampin' Up! staff did for us when they announced a new product….the Simply Scored Diagonal Plate. It's going to be available March 1st for everyone…but all demonstrators will get to pre-order on Feb. 20th!!! I can't wait to get my hands on that…you should see the amazing envelopes, boxes, etc that you can make with it!

Later that day, we had a Share Fair….this was the first time that I've presented at a big Stampin' Up! event…I have to admit, I was really scared BUT once I got started I had a lot of fun! My topic was vendor events and I had to present 3 times.

I shared a room with Denise Sullivan and I was so thankful to have her there!

Later that night, we had a really yummy Team Dinner at Pat O'Brian's. It's always so nice to get together at these events since the Inky Divas are all across Canada…sometimes, we only see each other at Leadership or Convention!

Leadership Managers Reception

Hi friends

This past weekend was quite the whirlwind, I came home from leadership on Saturday and went straight to the Wonderful Wedding Show in Winnipeg. Thank goodness I had fabulous helpers this weekend because my flight was delayed and I only got there around 3:15pm. We really had a great weekend chatting with tons of excited brides and I can't wait to start working with them to make their wedding invites!

The show was amazing, but extremely stressful….I couldn't believe the strenght, flexibility and courage of all the performers….I was on the edge of my seat the whole time!

AND we got an adorable NEW stamp set and some Stampin' Up! chopsticks as a gift!

Make and Take Session

Hi Ladies,

Leadership was ABSOLUTELY wonderful and I'm so sad to have had to come back home to such cold weather. I was wearing my cute sandals and short sleeved shirts….ahhh to live in warm weather all year long!!!

Today I wanted to show you a few of the hightlights from the Make and Take Session:

All of our projects kits where in cute paper Stampin' Up! bags….I love the details!

Each spot had amazing "GIFTIES"…the chocolate was made by one of the Stampin' Up! staff members and boy was it yummy!

I love the chance to catch up with some fabulous friends…this is Janice Weightman and I. She's one of my mentors and has been such an inspiration to me over the years.

I also had time to take pictures of fabulous samples…I think this was one of my favourites from the make and take room! Can you just see it in a litte girl's room?!

Back from Leadership Conference in San Antonio, TX

Hi friends!!! So, I arrived back yesterday from our AMAZING Stampin' Up! Leadership Conference in San Antonio, Texas and went directly to the Wonderful Wedding Show here in Winnipeg to work at my booth.

I'm back today at the Wedding Show for a full day of chatting with excited brides and I can't wait.

Leadership was truly AMAZING and I have over 700 pictures to go through and start sharing with you next week….make sure you come back and sorry for ignoring my blog for the last while….it's been crazy getting ready for my trip and for the wedding show.
