Celebrating my Team!!!
I know as a Mom, I always feel like MY kids are the BEST!!!! We’ll it’s the same thing for my TEAM!!! They really are the best team I could have asked for! They are an amazing bunch of caring ladies who love to share their great ideas, their goals, and even sometimes their worries! My team is called "INKredible Canadian Stampers" and they really are INKredible!!!
Each year at the Stampin’ Up! convention, they celebrate the top Demonstrators! I decided a few years back…I should do the same just for my group and host my own Award Night! As part of my yearly incentive plan, I send each of my INKredible ladies ribbons for selling over $10,000 in yearly sales, and for being in the Top 10 in Recruiting or Top 20 in sales! My Top 20 sellers also get a certificate for their wall!

We just had our Awards Night last week and each person in attendance who received an award also got a rose to bring home! (Of course, this isn’t everyone who gets an award…the rest of the ladies will receive their certificates and ribbons in the mail! We had a fun night of stamping lots of projects and of course some yummy food to share! We always have a share table at our meetings, here are some of the great items that were brought to share! (Sorry, no names-I can’t remember who brought what-if this is yours, let me know and I can add your name).
We had a fabulous time this year, the only bad part is that not everyone who earned an award was able to attend!

Hello Josee… I was born in Ottawa, Black burn corners (now the Hamlet) but raised in Cardinal Heights, attended Gloucester High. Small world. I live in Victoria BC & have since 89…love it. I just became a Stampin Up Demonstrator this Monday & am anxiously awaiting my full kit. Love your work and it seems like your team really rocks. I will keep watching for ideas… going to a retreat for 3 days end of Sept and that should be a hoot. Keep ‘em coming.
